Gabriel was peacefully sleeping in his bed but it was soon interrupted when he felt a warm and soft hands gently caress his right cheeks, causing him to awaken. His eyes were closed, but he could only assume that it was his daughter trying to wake him for work, just like how she did the other day. Gabriel placed his hand on top of the hand in his cheek before slowly opening his eyes.

And once they were opened, he couldn't believe who appeared to be lying next to him, staring at him. It was definitely not his daughter, but he had someone else in mind of who it could possibly be. He couldn't see well enough to confirm if it was really her, and that was when he remembered about his glasses. Gabriel took his hands off the hand he thought belonged to Gabriella, he sat up on the bed, turned the other way to reach his glasses on the nightstand to the left.

When he had his glasses on, he quickly turned his head back the other way. And, to his surprised, the person he had in mind was really the one beside him...... it was Nathalie.

"Good morning, Gabriel"  Nathalie started to speak. She was lying on her side, with her left elbow supporting her from the bed, a hand in her cheek.

Gabriel's eyes widened, he looked around and didn't see his kids anywhere in his room.

"They're downstairs having breakfast, my dear..." Nathalie spoke again.

Gabriel looked at her as soon as he heard her call him "my dear," he was certainly astonished.

"My what? what did you call me?" Gabriel had a smile on his face about to lay down beside her.

Nathalie smirked, "Oh I'm sorry, I forgot you preferred to be called 'Darling',"

"I'm sorry, darling.." Nathalie closed her eyes and puckered her lips. She started to lean in to give Gabriel a kiss.

Gabriel didn't think twice and immediately closed his eyes waiting to be kissed.

But instead of a kiss, he fell to the floor.

"Father! Are you okay?!" Gabriella ran to him. He was confused. Gabriel looked behind him and saw a couch instead of a bed and there was no Nathalie.

It finally hit him. It was just a dream, and this was reality. How unfortunate.

"I'm okay, princess." He looked towards the bed, and found nobody lying on it. Gabriel turned his attention back to his daughter. "Where are your mama and Adrien?" he asked

"Oh mama and Adrien are downstairs having breakfast. I came here to check if you were up already, and then I saw you fall on the floor when I was at the door." Gabby explained.

Gabriel smiled at her before looking at the clock on the wall.

"It's 7:57?!" Gabby was startled when Gabriel yelled.

Gabriel realized he had scared her, "I'm so sorry, my dear. It wasn't my intention to scare you, I was just surprised it's almost 8 am. I have a meeting in less than ten minutes, and I'm not ready. I just should get up and ge-"

"Father! It's okay! Relax...." Gabriella tells him, "Sorry I didn't wake you... mama said not to because you went to bed late, and Ms. Julia said the person you are going to talk to re-scheduled?" Gabriella shrugged.

Gabriel pulled Gabby in for a hug, "thank you for letting me know, princess." he kissed the top of her head.

"Wanna join us for breakfast now?" Gabby looks at him.

Gabriel pulls away from the hug. "Of course! Let me just change my clo-"

Gabby cuts him off, "It's okay, were all still in our pajamas... expect for Ms. Julia.." Gabby stood up and showed him her pajamas.
