Gabriel entered the room to find his wife, Nathalie, sitting on top of the slightly tilted mattress, which is on top of the broken bed—a bed that they had broken the night before. Nathalie's hands were hiding her face. He smiled, and he proceeded to shut the door behind him quietly since he knew she was hungover. He approached the nightstand, removing the camera and placing it on the bed to place the breakfast tray on top of the table.

Nathalie felt movement on the bed as Gabriel sat on top of it, so she removed her hands from her face to view his face.

The moment she laid her blue eyes on him, she saw that beautiful, warm, contagious smile on her man. She had a smile painted across her face as she scooted towards him. She threw her arms around him and buried her face in the crook of his neck, smelling his natural scent.

"Good morning, darling," he greets as he rubs her bare back. "How did you sleep?" He then asks.

Her voice barely there, she responds, "Good morning..." She heard a little chuckle from her husband, and so she cleared her throat and said, "I slept well; how about you? How did you sleep?" she answers, her voice clearer now.

"Tilted, my darling." Gabriel jokes, hearing a laugh from his wife.

"What do we say about this broken bed?" Nathalie asks, looking up at Gabriel.

"A wild moth broke into your villa, and then this is the result...." Gabriel stared at her, and then he added, "What? It's not a lie now, is it?"

Nathalie chuckled, "An insect?... This small," she pinched her fingers together, "broke the bed?"

"Who said it was small? It was huge. Very, very big." Gabriel responds; she eyed him but couldn't help herself from laughing.

"It was. I saw it myself." Gabriel smirked, and she asked, narrowing her eyes, "We are still talking about the insect, right?..."

"Absolutely!" Gabriel grinned. "In all sincerity, we don't owe them an explanation. They will know what caused the damage. And of course, we will be paying for it."

Nathalie gave Gabriel a nod, smiling, before she buried her face in the crook of his neck again.

Gabriel wrapped his arms around her again. There was silence. "Do you hear that?" he then asked.

"Hear what?" Nathalie inquires, not moving a muscle, her eyes closed while she held onto him.

"The rain cleared... We can go visit the city just as we planned! We can walk around... visit the tourist attractions!" Gabriel tells her, and then she removes her face from the crook of his neck.

Nathalie placed a hand on his cheek. "That sounds lovely..." she sighed. "However... we have a problem... You will have to carry me around the whole day, Mr. Agreste. My whole body is sore... And you are to blame." she then whispers, "I told you I wasn't that flexible."

Gabriel chuckled, moving his head to kiss the hand on his cheek. "Carrying you is never a problem, Mrs. Agreste. You know very well how much I love carrying you around," he then smiled, "and I apologize for-"

"...No, you're not." Nathalie says, cutting him off and shaking her head slowly. "You'd do it all over again..." Nathalie adds, whispering as she runs her fingertip over his swollen lips.

He could feel the warmth of his cheeks, recalling the unhinged roleplaying they were so very into last night. "Yes, absolutely... If you let him."

Nathalie smirked. She leaned closer, noses touching, and said, "All he has to do is...well.. comeback. Beg again, on his knees, of course." She then brushed her lips against his... Swollen lips against swollen lips...
