Reunited

-Chapter - 69.2- The white akuma -

-This is the continuation of chapter 69! When I make parts, I usually don't put the same chapter number but... this one is an exception-

After they finished taking photos, Penny asks, "Should we go to a restaurant and celebrate the newly weds?! Jagged and I's treat!"

Nathalie smiled, "I think we should! Under one condition, Gabriel and I will pay for the meals."

Penny, "Nah-uh, non negotiable, Mrs. Agreste. Jagged and I will pay. Let's go."

"Let us, Penny. It's our way to thank you for agreeing to be our witnesses," Gabriel argues.

Jagged placed his hand on his friends shoulder, and shook his head, "I never win against my wife. You won't either," he laughed.

Penny chuckled, "He's right. Now let's go!"

They all started walking away but Marinette stopped them saying, "Wait, wait! Adrien and I can't come with you guys. We promised aunt Lucy we won't take too long!"

Nathalie approached her, "Oh, Marinette, Lucy wouldn't mind! I could text her right now for you."

"I'll text her instead, mom, thank you though," Adrien said and he took his phone out to text his aunt.

Within two minutes, Lucy replied saying that she didn't mind and not to rush because the baby was in good hands.

Adrien looked at everyone, "We're in!"

-Time skip-
-7:30 pm-
-Palais Garnier-

Adrien and his wife Marinette entered the palais Garnier, eyes pealed for the girls; Gabriella and Blaire. A worker then approached them as they stood waiting by the stairway and he said to them, "Mr. and Mrs. Agreste, the girls are currently in the theater practicing."

Adrien glanced down at his watch, "Usually at this time they're done practicing," he looked at the worker and asked, "What changed?"

The employee nodded, "Yes sir, however, today is their last day to practice. That is why they are working extra hard." He smiled, "If you wish to watch as they practice, the theater is just right this way."

Afterward, the pair followed the staff member as he led them into the theater. He swung open the door for Adrien and Marinette, and they heard a full band playing the ballet classic "Swan Lake." As they both moved farther into the theater, they noticed Gabriella, Blaire, and two other girls dancing to the song on stage.

Adrien smiled while watching his sister, one of the swan lakes, dance gracefully on stage. He sighed, "At this point I am convinced that my sister can do everything.... I mean look at her! She's an amazing ballet dancer!"

Marinette answers while she smiled and kept her gaze on Gabby, "I completely agree! Gabriella's very talented!"

Adrien turned to his wife and said, "M'lady, I just know that this surprise will make my parents very happy. They've been wanting to know what the surprise is!"

Marinette smiled, "Of course they would be!" She hugged his arms tighter and rested her head against his shoulder, "This was such a good idea!"

Adrien smiled at her before directing their focus back to the four swans on the stage, particularly the middle two. They had never before had the opportunity to see Gabriella and Blaire's ballet rehearsal, but Adrien and Marinette were quite pleased with how everything turned out because they knew that the cousins had been working hard to learn the dance's choreography.
