"You look stunning, Miss" the old man said in admiration.
"Really ? Thanks Sir Allen" Athiee replied calmly, and placed her wristwatch on her hand.
"I'll get going now"
"Have a nice day Miss. i hope everything goes well for you" he said and bowed
"If you say so, then it will" she said and walked out of the house.
"Zack i'm on my way, where are you ?"
"I'm at the company checking things out"
"Good, i'll be there soon" Athiee said and drove a little faster.
After exactly 10 minutes, Athiee was already in front of her company. She walked in and everyone greeted her as usual.
"Miss Wang" a man called her and she turned looking at him.
"It's a big day for you and for the company, i wish you all the luck" he said and bowed. Athiee smiled and said
"Thanks Sir Jong, but you know that i don't need luck. My work will pay off, and i'll never disappoint anyone in this company" she said with determination and the man smiled
"You're truly his daughter. You're father the chairman never let us down not even once, back in the days when we were just a small company, he always cheered us up and encouraged us, and now you're here to carry on his glory" he stepped back and bowed again at her, with full respect
"Go and show them who we are. As you said, we don't need luck, because we make our own path with our hands"
Athiee looked at him, with relaxed face then walked away
"Thank you, Mister Jong" she said and made her way to her office. Zack was there waiting for her.
"You're here" he said when he saw her entering the place.
"Is everything ready ?" She asked and he nodded
"They must be waiting for us now, we should head out". Athiee smirked while gazing at the window
"Why the rush ? I'll take my full time to go there". Zack looked at her dumbfounded. This is a work meeting and both sides should be there on time
"What are you thinking about ?" He said and she looked at him
"Zack... to meet that person, i'll take my time. After all, he should wait for me a bit right ?"
Meanwhile, a handsome old man sat in the meeting room, surrounded by his employees. He checked things for the last time, making sure that everything is okay.
"Good job everyone" he said and they all nodded.
"Ah finally we get this huge opportunity to collaborate with a big company" he said, feeling relieved. His eyes roamed around the room, and he frowned.
"Where is he ?" He asked with his low voice. His secretary understood immediately what he meant, so he replied
"Boss, Mister Lee will be here within moments, don't worry" he said and the man sighed
"He was the one who suggested this and he's not showing up... i can't even get angry because he's been doing well these 2 years"
"He's your son after all, Sir"
"Contact him secretary Kim, and tell him to come quickly" the man ordered and the secretary obeyed.
"Then excuse me for a moment" he said and walked out of the room to call him.
"Hello, Young Master !" He said as soon as the other picked up.
"Yeah ?" He said in a serious voice tone.
