The Cold night breeze blew at his face making his hair go back. Despite being physically present, Minho was sinking in his own thoughts
" What's wrong ? " Jisung laid his hand on Minho's shoulder, addressing him softly
" I don't know anymore... " Minho replied while looking away.
" Don't be like this, everything will be alright. Plus, it's our last week here, so don't make it sad for me " Jisung smiled and continued
" Don't let any negativity blow away our happy time together. As for inhyeong, i'm sure she needs time, and she'll be back to normal "
Minho gazed at Jisung silently then smiled
" Time.. for what exactly ? To be more disappointed in me ?" He said and stood up, walking away. Jisung was dumbfounded for a moment but then he realized what Minho meant
" Hyung ! " he shouted making Minho stop
" What do you mean ? " he asked
" How can she be disappointed after all what you did for her ! This isn't fair !" Jisung shouted
Although Minho kept looking at him, but his looks were empty. Jisung felt uneasy when seeing him like this, and couldn't stand watching from afar
" Why are you doing this to yourself ! " he said and approached Minho immediately
" You're trapping yourself in this meaningless situation again- "
" Bang Chan " Minho said calmly
" What ? "
" I reminded her of Bang Chan, out of all people... "
Jisung stood there speechless looking at Minho who was looking at the ground. He was blaming himself, he was resenting himself, again and again... again.. I'm witnessing it and couldn't do anything.
Jisung clenched his fists in anger
" What's the difference between me and Bang Chan she asked... and i can't seem to find an answer "
" Why can't you understand that you have the right to walk away ... why don't you accept that you can let it go ... Why are you doing this to yourself, Minho !? " Jisung shouted at his friend. He grabbed his shoulder and turned Minho to his side
" Bang Chan you say ! ... Bang Chan... yeah right " Jisung laughed and continued
" How could she even say that ? When she has been doing the same exact damn thing he did to you ? "
" Jisung... "
" For how long huh ?! For how long will you endure it ! "
" Jisung "
" You think I'm happy to see you like this ? All you did since that damn day was pretending to be happy ! "
" Jisung.. stop it "
" Why would i ? After all this time, i can finally see you smile... And it's obvious that it's not because of inhyeong "
Minho was surprised to hear Jisung's words
" What are you -"
" Cut it out Minho. I know you better than myself, and i can swear that you're falling for Hyorine " Minho couldn't reply and just looked at Jisung instead of looking for some kind of excuse
" You're not even denying it " Jisung said and smiled. His smile faded quickly and he looked at Minho again
" How could you do that to yourself ? Don't you deserve any happiness ? You know that you like Hyorine so-"
" Don't jump to conclusions " Minho said and looked away
" What conclusions ? What are you saying ?"
