An: thank you for reading my book 😊

I woke up, thankfully, before Nancy so I had time to get dressed in an oversized hoodie and some leggings I found in the corner. I slipped on my shoes and silently walked out the door happy to get away from Nancy's woodchipper snores. I walked in the same direction as yesterday hoping to get to the library. Unfortunately for me, this school is like Hogwarts changing where everything is every so often. Or, more likely, I'm just terrible with directions.

For some reason, I felt like someone was watching me. I couldn't see who it was so I shrugged it off thinking I was just crazy. I continued to walk around the school still not finding the library. Seriously? How big is this stupid school? I sighed and sat down at a conveniently placed bench. For how long, I'm not sure, but the next thing I know I'm slipping back into sleep. While sleeping on the uncomfortable bench, I had a really weird dream.

I was in the middle of a giant looking throne room, there are twelve thrones all occupied. All of them were arguing except for one. A regal looking woman with brown eyes and black hair wearing a traditional looking Greek dress. She was sitting with her hands folded on her lap just watching the caos unfold around her. I couldn't understand what they were saying. Their voices sounded very muffled to the point I couldn't figure out if they were actually saying anything important.

Hera. Her name came to me immediately. That's who was sitting amist the caos ignoring everything around her. I felt like she was staring daggers directly at me, but that can't be right. This is just a dream or so I thought. She stood up and glided across the room towards me unnoticed by the other Olympians. She stopped right in front of me and looked at me. Not through me, but at me.

"Why are you here?"

I tried to answer, but my mouth seemed to be glued shut.

"I see. That's why you're here. Well, try not to screw everything up, little pawn."

Before I could ask what she meant, I could feel someone shaking me.

"Y/n?"

"Y/n?"

I opened my eyes to see the one and only Percy Jackson looking at me in concern.

"Are you ok? Why are you passed out in the hallway?"

"I was sleeping," I replied sleepily already forgetting most of what happened in the dream.

"But why?"

"I was looking for the library."

"That doesn't explain why you were sleeping in the hallway."

"Well, I couldn't find it."

"So you took a nap in the hallway?" He asked still not understanding.

"It wasn't my intention," I said yawning. "I just got tired looking for it."

"Come on," Percy said helping me up. "I'll take you to the library."

He guided me through the gigantic school expertly to the library. How did he do that? I smiled feeling energized just being among the shelves of books. Libraries always make me feel happier. I took a deep breath in. I love the smell of books.

"Why are you so happy?"

"Because I love libraries." I said while clapping my hands together. "They have so many different kinds of books in so many genres. The librarians are usually really nice too. Helping you find books you want to read."

"You really love libraries don't you?"

"Yup. They are always so peaceful and quiet." I nodded.

"That's true, but I don't really like libraries." He replied.

"Why not?"

"For one, I'm dyslexic. And for two I have ADHD so I can't sit still long enough to actually read a book anyway." He explained.

"That makes sense, but have you ever tried listening to an audiobook? You  could still technically say you read the book and you could do something else while you're listening." I suggested.

"I…I never thought of that. That's actually a good idea, but I don't know if I'd have the money to buy one."

"You don't have to buy it you know."

"I don't?"

"Nope. You can borrow one from the library." I said leading him to the audiobooks. "See. You can even borrow a cd player if you need to."

"Really? I didn't know that. Thanks
Y/n. This will really help me out with reading books for English classes." Percy said with a ginuine smile.

"No problem." I smiled back.

"Now tell me more about Mrs. Dodds"
