An: thank you for reading my book

"Y/n, we have a problem!" Grover yelled panicked.

"What's wrong?" Annabeth answered for me.

"Mr. D wants to see you pronto," he replies breathless. "He's angry about something you did."

"What did I do?" I asked confused.

"I don't know, but you need to get ready to go right now."

"Ok. Can one of you bring me my wheelchair?" I asked swinging my feet off the bed.

Annabeth nodded and wheeled my chair over. Grover, the traitor he is, decided to stay with Percy in case he woke up. Annabeth was nice enough to take me to the big house where Mr. D was waiting at the card table with Chiron. He didn't look up until Annabeth put me across from him. He gave me a pissed off glare which I found insulting. Its not like I did anything to him. Yet anyways.

"Are you going to tell the truth now?" Mr. D started out.

"About what?" I questioned.

"About why you're here. I finally figured out who the gods are who sent you to the academy." He replied staring straight into my soul.

"Care to tell me who I need to backhand the next time I see them?"

"The Olympians including me." He told me earning a suprised gasp from Annabeth and Chiron.

"So you were one of the ones responsible for me being related to that rude flaming cheeto from the academy?" I accused pointing a finger at him. "Come closer so I can backhand you."

"Why didn't you say anything to me? I could have helped you with your quest," Chiron interupted distracting me before I could do something stupid.

"Because no one told me what I was supposed to do. I just woke up in a random place with no instructions on what to do. It's not like I'm a mind reader or anything," I defensively replied. Seriously? Am I just a pawn to these gods? Wait, why did I even ask? I know I am just a pawn in their stupid games. The least they could have done was tell me the game. I mean seriously what kind of prick makes you play a game without telling you the game.

A lightning bolt right in front of me shook me out of my thoughts. I sent an annoyed stare in the direction of where I assumed the bolt came from and made a universal hand gesture that you don't have to know sign language to know the meaning of. Another lightning bolt hit in the exact same place as before so I made the same gesture with my other hand too. You don't scare me you overgrown toddler.

"Y/n, what are you doing?" A horrified Chiron asked when yet another lightning bolt struck the ground in front of the house.

"Nothing," I replied sticking my tongue out at the sky.

"You're gonna get yourself killed!" An annoyed Annabeth yelled at me.

"No, I'm not. He said that the Olympians decided to send me to that school so he obviously needs me for something. I figured if I pissed him off enough he'd send me a note or something about what I am supposed to be doing." I shrugged. I'm gonna keep bothering you until you give me something.

As one last bolt struck, I noticed an envelope on the blackened ground. A suprised Annabeth picked up the envelope and handed it to me. My name was written in gold ink on it. I opened it and exitedly read the note. I should not have gotten my hopes up cause there was only one sentence on the paper.

"Wow. How nice of you to give me a direction." I said.
