Percy lay awake in his cabin late that night, thinking about what had happened on the beach. He couldn't get Rachel's flashing green eyes out of his head, nor the way she said his name, as if something terrible had happened to him.
He heard hooves from outside his cabin. And voices. Slowly, he sat up, listening.
"Lord Zeus," Chiron was saying, "I think you've made a mistake!"
"I don't make mistakes," Zeus replied. A woman scoffed, "Yes you do, you giant brute."
Zeus ignored Hera, "Let me past Chiron!"
"No! You have been mistaken! Gaea is messing with you!"
"Gaea is not messing with me! I have seen proof!"
"Please!" Chiron said, "Just wait till tomorrow! Do not disrupt his sleep. In the morning, I will bring him to you, and you can question him."
Zeus didn't seem to be happy about that, but he grumbled something about returning to Olympus. Percy heard footsteps walking away.
"Thank you, Chiron," another voice said. Percy gasped. It was his father!
"I do sincerly believe Percy is innocent," Chiron said. Percy could practically hear the frown in Poseidon's voice, "Zeus has been blinded. He truely believes my son is to blame. Even Athena and Ares are on my side on this one. But he is so consumed in his rage he won't listen to anyone."
"You are correct," Chiron said solemly, "He is looking for someone to blame and he's chosen your son because Gaea has put that image in his head."
"I better go," Poseidon sighed, "Please warn him for me."
"Of course."
There was a flash of light under Percy's door and he knew Poseidon had returned to Olympus. The door creaked open, and Chiron's eyes fell as he saw Percy sitting up on his bed, his eyes wide.
"What was that all about?" Percy asked curiously. Chiron frowned, "Zeus believes you are responsible for something. I do not know what, but he has agreed to hear you out."
"And you believe Gaea sent him a vision?"
"Yes, she seems to be wanting to exact revenge on all demigods. She chose to start with you, since you are the one who killed her son, Kronos."
"Yeah, but Jason killed Phorphyrion!"
"True, but you helped him with that too."
An uneasy feeling settled in Percy's stomach, but Chiron forced a smiled, "Until tomorrow Percy. Everything will be solved tomorrow."
But Percy couldn't sleep any more than he could before Zeus had shown up, because he couldn't shake the feeling that something terrible was about to happen.

The next morning, Percy woke feeling tired. His lack of sleep during the night had taken its toll, and he dragged himself to the dining pavilion for breakfast still in his pyjamas. He sat down at his table and ordered his blue pancakes. But he didn't feel much like eating. Grover slid onto the bench next to him, "Hey man."
"Hey," Percy yawned. Grover frowned, "You okay Perc?"
Percy nodded, "Didn't sleep well. But I'm fine."
Grover smield sympathetically, "Thinking about Rachel?"
"Something like that."
Chiron trotted over, "Percy, could you come with me?"
Percy pushed his untouched pancakes towards Grover and stood to follow Chiron to the Big House.
They walked inside, and Percy gulped. Sitting around the ping pong table was Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Ares, Athena, Hermes, Artemis, Apollo, Dionysus, Hephaestus and Demeter. The only Olympian not present was Aphrodite, but that was okay with Percy, because she was annoying.
"Take a seat, Perseus," Zeus said. Percy did as he was told, sitting nervously at the end of the table. Half the gods were staring at him sympathetically, and some were staring with hatred. Some, like Athena and Artemis, seemed to be neutral. Percy looked at his dad, but Poseidon was staring at his feet.  When the silence got too much for Percy to bear, he said, "Does someone want to tell me what's going on here?"
"Perseus Jackson," Zeus began, "We have received proof that you are conspiring against the gods."
Percy jumped up, "What? That's insane! I would never..."
"SILENCE!" Zeus yelled. Percy sat again, his head burning with questions. It was Hephaestus that spoke next, "Considering your fatal flaw, we didn't believe it. But we recently recieved proof."
"And this proof was?" Percy knew he was being rude, but he was ready to defend himself against these ridiculous claims.
"You were seen stealing from your father's palace," Artemis said. I scoffed, "And what did I steal?"
"Poseidon's trident."
Percy's heart stopped. Now he knew why Poseidon was staring at the floor. He had told Zeus of the missing trident. He had accused Percy. Percy glared at his father, "The trident, huh?"
"Where is it!" Zeus hissed.
"I don't have it!" Percy protested.
"Give it to Gaea, did you?"
"NO! My fatal flaw is loyalty!"
"But what if you were never loyal to us?" Poseidon whispered. Percy stared in shock at his father. Poseidon continued, "What if you were always loyal to Gaea."
Percy shot to his feet and spat at the Sea God, "If I was loyal to Gaea, I never would've killed Kronos! If I was loyal to Gaea, I would've left Camp Half-Blood with Luke years ago!"
Poseidon flinched, and it made Percy inwardly wince. He didn't want to hurt his dad.
"Enough," Zeus ordered, "During this encounter, we haven't gained any evidence against you working for Gaea."
"What!" Percy all but shrieked. Zeus gestured for Ares to contain him. But Percy had fought Ares before, and won. He pulled out Riptide and slashed it towards the War God. It probably wasn't a very good thing to do, considering he was currently believed to be working for Gaea. The gods all pounced on him, Hermes pulling Riptide from his hand and throwing it to the ground. Together, the Gods held Percy down as Ares pulled out a firey whip, and lashed it around Percy's throat. Percy clawed at his throat, not caring that the whip was burning his hands. Air. He needed air...

Annabeth hadn't failed to notice the look of fear on Percy's face as he left the dining pavilion with Chiron. Had he learned what Rachel had seen in her vision? Thinking about the Oracle, she decided to pay Rachel a visit, and see if she had painted anything of importance. Annabeth found the redhead lying asleep on the floor. She had obviously been painting throughout the night, and had fallen asleep from exhaustion. Annabeth shook her awake. Rachel woke up blinking, "Annabeth? What time is it?"
Annabeth smiled, "Just after breakfast."
Rachel paled, "No."
"What is it?" Annabeth frowned. Rachel went over to her bed and sorted through the cavases lying there. She picked up the one that had been on the bottom. Annabeth gasped and covered her mouth. The painting was of Percy. He was in the Big House, and all the gods were there. Hermes and Artemis were holding him down, and Ares had a firey whip lashed around his neck.
"You have to get to the Big House!" Rachel said urgently, "Now!"
Annabeth ran down from the cave and down to the Big House. She hoped she wasn't too late to stop whatever conflict she had seen. She came to the Big House and threw open the door. She arrived just in time to see Ares pick up Percy and flash away. One by one, the gods returned to Olympus. Annabeth jumped forward and grabbed a hold of Demeter just as she was about to disappear. The Goddess left the Big House, taking Annabeth with her.

Percy woke with a headache, grey walls surrounding him. He immediately noticed three things. The first was that he was on his knees with his arms held out to the side by glowing celestial bronze chains. The second was the cell was extremely wet, with water dripping from the roof and pooling around him. The third was the god standing by the door. My face twisted into a snarl and I hissed, "Come to gloat, have you?"
Poseidon walked over to me, "I came to see if you were alive."
Percy scoffed, "Like you'd care."
Poseidon winced, "I do care, Percy. I care more than you know."
"Then why did you tell Zeus I stole your trident?"
"I didn't."
"Stop lying."
"I'm not lying. All I told him was my trident was missing. He was the one who discovered the footage."
"Footage? Cameras work underwater?"
"No. Mortal security cameras caught sight of you running through New York with a trident in your hand."
Percy laughed coldly, "You gods are so stupid sometimes. I can actually be smart, and running through New York would be called a dumb move. If I had stolen it, I would've swum to wherever I was taking it, rather than heading through New York."
Poseidon turned, and Percy snarled, "You're just going to leave? I offered you proof it wasn't me!"
"The footage was clearly you, Percy," Poseidon said. He had the nerve to sound sorry, "I have to discuss with the others."
Poseidon walked straight through the grey wall on the other side, and Percy was left alone in the cell. After a while, he began to feel hungry, and he regretted not eating breakfast. His throat grew dry and sore. He was in an uncomfortable position, on his knees. You would think the gods would have a more comfortable prison. Or maybe they didn't care much. He lifted his head to the ceiling and let a drop of water enter his mouth. He nearly cried when he realised it was salt water. As the hours passed by, he grew weaker and weaker from hunger and thirst. His pyjamas were soaked through, and he was strangely becoming increasingly cold. Maybe Poseidon did something to the water so it would make him more uncomfortable then he already was. Around five hours after the Sea God had left, Ares came in, walking straight through the wall as Poseidon had. The War God stripped off his pyjama shirt and threw it into the far corner.
"What are you..." Percy began, but he was cut off by a stinging pain in his back, causing him to yelp.
"Revenge," Ares hissed. The stinging pain came again. It felt a lot like the pain that had accompanyed the whip that had choked him before. The pain came again, and again, getting worse with each stroke of what Percy realised was the firey whip. Blood rolled down his back, mixing with the water on the floor. His vision was hazy with pain.
"Scream!" Ares ordered. Percy clamped my mouth shut. He would not scream for this stupid god. The whip lashed again. Suddenly, Athena flashed into the cell.
"Ares!" she yelled, "Get out!"
"I don't listen to you!" Ares spat, and he raised his arm again to whip again. Athena arrived at Ares' side, holding his arm back.
"You will not harm this boy again!" Athena hissed, "Unless it is the punishment Zeus gives."
Ares shook Athena off and banished his whip. He spat a curse at Percy before walking through the wall. Athena came around to Percy's face and summoned a bowl of water, tipping it into Percy's mouth. She summoned food and fed it to him.
"Thank you," he said. Her face remained calm, "Do not thank me yet, Perseus. You have many a trial ahead of you."
"Gee, great," he said sarcastically, "I'm so excited."
Athena gave a small smiled, "You have few supporters amongst the gods. Apollo is one of them. I will send him to you."
Percy smiled greatfully, and Athena walked out.
