Percy had expected the demigods to confront him eventually. He just hadn't expected it to be so soon. That morning, Leah had dragged him out of bed, excitedly saying that his crown had arrived. For some reason, she was wearing her obsidian and leather armor, but her hood hung below her neck, letting her dark brown hair dangle out. He had again groaned that he didn't need a crown, but Leah had been relentless. So he'd put on his jeans and shoes, but before he'd been able to put on his shirt, she'd pulled him out the door. It turned out that the cyclopes had also gifted him some imperial golden jewelry, that Leah had insisted he put on. At least the golden collar covered his choker scar. She had then given him the trident, ordered him to sit on his throne, and proceeded to pull out a camera. She'd been about to take a photo when Percy had heard the angry footsteps of three demigods walking through his city. He ordered Leah into her place, and called upon Kelli and Athena.
And now a mini war was being fought in his throne room. Monsters and minor gods had come to his aid when the demigods had swarmed the room. There were more demigods, but he had gods on his side. Hestia had vanished from the room as soon as all hell broke loose. Percy spotted Kelli and Leah facing off two demigods. Leah swept her silver sword up in an arc, slicing through the demigod. Kelli leapt, hissing, at her opponent, and ripped out his throat. Percy scanned the room again until he spotted Annabeth, drakon bone sword out, slicing through many a monster. That's when Kelli made her way to the daughter of Athena.

Annabeth spotted the flaming empousa coming her way, and gulped. When she'd killed Kelli in the Labrinth, the empousa had been focussed on ripping Percy's throat out. Annabeth had caught her by surprise. Now the empousa's attention was solely on Annabeth, and she was not ready for her. Kelli leapt at her, aiming for her chest with her long talon-fingernails. Annabeth jumped out of the way, raising her sword to meet Kelli's arm. The empousa grabbed the sword and wrenched it from Annabeth's hands, not caring that her palms had been sliced. Kelli kicked Annabeth in the chest, and the daughter of Athena went flying. She crashed into the wall and groaned. Black spots danced in her vision. Kelli appeared above her, snarling, "Finally, I have Annabeth Chase at my mercy."
Annabeth prepared herself for death, but to her surprise, Kelli offered her a hand. She looked at it warily before letting the empousa pull her up.
"He would never let me kill you," Kelli explained. Annabeth nodded, "Thank you."
Then surprise appeared on Kelli's face. A silver knife stuck through her chest. She gasped, turning to dust as she fell off Thalia's blade.
"Come on," Zeus' daughter ordered. Annabeth caught a glimpse of Percy on the dias. His face was ashen as he stared at where Kelli had been. She couldn't help but feel a little guilty. She turned her attention back to Thalia, "Where's Jason?"
She pointed to where a blonde boy was fighting the demigod who had been standing beside Percy. Her name was Leah, Annabeth remembered from her dreams. Annabeth watched as Leah gained the upper hand, and held her breath as the demigod threw Jason to the floor. Leah leant over him, and Thalia started sprinting towards her brother. But as Leah's sword came down, Jason thrust his arm up, shoving a knife into Leah's side. The girl stumbled, shock written on her features. Jason clambered to his feet, shoving his blade into Leah's stomach. The whole room seemed to freeze as she fell to the ground, clutching the blade. A horrible wail burst out of Percy's mouth as Jason ripped the blade out of Leah's stomach, and all light left her eyes.
A powerful shockwave sliced through the room, sending demigods, gods and monsters alike flying. Annabeth was thrown back into the wall again with a sickening crack. As soon as the effects of the shockwave wore off, the demigod army fled, running from the hall as Percy walked down the steps of the dias, eyes full of hatred and spite, towards Jason. Annabeth saw Thalia reach Jason and pull him from the throne room. Jason sprinted from the room, and Thalia began to make her way towards Annabeth. But monsters reached her first, hauling her to her feet and dragging her away.
"Annabeth!" she heard Thalia scream. Jason was at the door, beckoning to his sister.
"GO!" Annabeth yelled. Thalia looked desperately between Annabeth, Percy and Jason, before taking off in a sprint towards the doors. Before Annabeth was taken from the room, she spotted Percy fall to his knees next to Leah's body.

Percy took her into his arms. Tears were streaming rapidly down his face. He concentrated hard on Leah, full of life, extremely excitable, sticking by his side, bringing happiness to his otherwise crappy day. No matter how hard he tried, Leah did not regain conciousness, her blood did not turn to gold, and her wounds did not heal. Her scarlett blood stained her armor, leaking onto the shining marble floors.
"Please wake up," Percy cried, "Please don't leave me."
Leah's eyes did not open. Percy pulled her close to his body and held her as he cried, sobbing the words, "Please don't leave me," over and over again. Eventually the monsters and gods left, leaving Percy alone to his grief. Kelli was gone, Leah was gone. Who would those filthy demigods take next?
As hours passed, as Percy cried, he vowed to get revenge. Revenge for Kelli, revenge for Leah, the only family he had left. As the sky began to darken, Percy lifted Leah into his arms, not caring that her blood was now soaking him. He kissed her forehead, a tear slipping off his cheek onto her face. He magiced a golden shroud, entwined with sparking magic, over her body, before placing her gently in the fire. He stayed as the flame curled around the shroud, burning it, sending Leah peacefully to the Underworld. He would have to pay Hades a visit, to make sure she ended up in Ellysium. Despite what others thought, Leah had been a good person. She deserved peace.
Yes, Percy would get revenge, and he wouldn't stop until the person responsible was dead. He swore it upon the River Styx.
Percy was going to kill Jason Grace.
