Thalia was waiting for Annabeth when she arrived at Half-Blood Hill. She was leaning against the pine tree, her presence going unnoticed by the dragon Peleus.
"He found out," Thalia said, picking gunk out of her nails with the blade of her dagger.
"I don't know how," Annabeth admitted, "He was doing so well."
Thalia shrugged. Annabeth took note of the way Thalia wouldn't look at her and said, "You're mad at me, aren't you?"
Thalia just shrugged again. Annabeth tried again, "What's the problem, Thalia?"
Thalia dragged her eyes over to Annabeth, "What's the problem?"
She took a step forward, "What's the problem? You were our only hope, Annabeth!"
"I didn't tell him about the prophecy!" Annabeth protested.
"YOU WERE OUR ONLY HOPE!" Thalia roared, "And you failed! Now we will live forever with him as our king."
"No," Annabeth said. Thalia frowned, "What?"
"I said no," she repeated, "We will not live with him as our king. We will fight back."
"Last time we fought him we lost Jason," Thalia argued, "I can't lose anyone else."
"You won't," Annabeth promised, "Because no one will face him but me."
Thalia paled, "No. You can't do that."
Annabeth grimaced, "I have to. I'm the only one he won't kill."
Thalia was shaking her head, so Annabeth said, "He had the chance to kill the one person who could stop him, and he let me go. He won't kill me."
"I still don't think this is a good idea."
Annabeth chuckled, "Neither, but it's our last option."
Thalia sighed, "Well, in that case, you'll need a weapon powerful enough to combat that awful sword. Come on."
Thalia grabbed Annabeth's hand and led her towards the weapons shed.

After a few hours of searching every corner of the weapons, Annabeth still hadn't found the perfect one. She knew there had to be a weapon capable of clashing with Percy's obsidian sword, but it didn't seem to be in the weapons shed. At around 10pm, she decided to go get some sleep. She said goodnight to Thalia and walked back to the Athena cabin. She climbed into her soft bed and fell asleep almost immediately. But her sleep wasn't dreamless.

She stood in a dark cavern. She couldn't see anything, not even her hands in front of her face. Then a small blue light burst to life in front of her, growing in size until it resembled a spirit. It was a girl in a white shift, walking towards Annabeth with a small smile playing on her lips. With a start Annabeth realised who it was, "You're Leah."
The spirit's smile grew, "Hello Annabeth."
"I'm sorry Jason killed you," Annabeth said. Leah's smile turned sad, "I'm sorry Percy killed Jason."
"Where are we?" Annabeth asked.
"In a cavern in Elysium. Percy bargained with Hades to get me here."
"Why am I here?"
"You were searching to find a weapon capable of clashing with Theos Dolofonos, Percy's sword, were you not?"
Annabeth nodded eagerly.
"I'm afraid I can't say much. All I can tell you is that there is only one blade that holds the same amount of power that Theos Dolofonos does. It was also weilded by Percy Jackson, and it's the only sword that can beat him."
She began to fade away, and Annabeth yelled, "Wait!"
But Leah was already gone. Annabeth felt herself start to awaken, and she sat up in bed.
Only one sword could beat Theos Dolofonos. And Annabeth knew exactly which one.

A/N: Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I went on a camping holiday for two weeks.

Guess which sword Annabeth thinks is the one she needs?
