Nico may have been the first one Percy took to Olympus, but he certainly wasn't the last. The next night he went back and took Katie Gardner, a daughter of Demeter. The night after that it was Connor and Travis Stoll. Then it was Will Solace and Drew Tanaka. Camp Half-Blood wasn't the only place Percy went. He took Reyna Ramirez-Arellano from the Hunters of Artemis, and Lavinia Asimov from Camp Jupiter. Jason could tell these kidnappings were getting on Chiron's nerve, but he was still saying that Percy was too dangerous to confront.
Then Percy took Piper.
Jason knew that Percy was talking people to get on his nerve, but he couldn't leave Piper to his mercy. He couldn't leave anyone to his mercy. So on Friday night, the night after Piper was taken, he snuck out from the Big House and crept towards the border.
"Going somewhere?" someone asked, and Jason whirled around to see Thalia standing with her hands on her hips beside her pine tree.
"I'm going to save everyone."
Thalia frowned, "No, you're going to get yourself killed."
Jason rolled his eyes, "I'll be careful."
Thalia shook her head in exasperation, "You don't get it, do you? Percy knows you, he knows that you'll go and try to save everyone. You'll be walking right into his trap."
"I can't just sit here while he takes people."
"Think rationally, Jason. You killed that girl, now Percy's going to kill you. And he will succeed. He's a god."
"Who knows what he's doing to them!"
"Nothing! If he had killed them, he would hang their bodies on Olympus' gates! We would know!"
They were silent for a moment, before Jason said, "I'm going, and you can't stop me."
Thalia sighed, "Then I'm coming with you."

Percy knew Jason would come to him as soon as he stole Piper from her bed last night. Jason had no self-preservation skills, and that's what would get him killed. He smirked at Jason and Thalia as they walked up to his throne, "No army this time."
"Let the demigods you stole go," Thalia growled. Percy laughed coldly, "I thought last time we agreed that demanding things from me never worked. And what if the demigods like it here?"
He nodded to the side, where Drew Tanaka stepped out of the shadows, dressed elegantly in a white Greek chiton. Drew walked forward until she was standing beside Percy's side. Thalia growled.
He ignored her and turned to Jason, "You were very foolish coming here."
"You took my friends," he shrugged, "I've come to get them back."
Percy laughed, "Well, if you fight me, and last more than two minutes, then I'll return them to you."
Jason unsheathed his gladius, "You're on!"
Percy stood from his throne and pulled a leather cord from his pocket. On the cord was a small sword pendant. He flicked his wrist, and Theos Dolofonos appeared in its full glory. Jason seemed to balk a little at the sight of the obsidian sword, but he raised his gladius. Percy prowled down the steps of the dias. Jason clutched his sword tightly with both hands before charging at Percy. He easily sidestepped, smacking the son of Jupiter in the back of the head with the hilt of his sword. He stumbled, and Percy scoffed, "You never were as good as me."
Jason swung again, and missed again.
"And that was when I was human," Percy taunted. Jason feinted right and swung left. Percy parried his strike and rolled his eyes. He decided to give Jason a tiny chance, and threw Theos Dolofonos on the ground.
"Can you hit me now?"
He couldn't. Percy dodged every strike. He picked up his sword and pouted, "Pity."
Jason screamed a war cry, and went for Percy again. Percy deflected all of his attacks. After the first minute was up, Jason was panting from trying to get past Percy's defences.
"Why aren't you trying?" Jason frowned, "Don't you want me dead?"
Percy smirked, "Of course. But I like letting my opponents think they have a chance before crushing them like a grape."
Jason attacked again, and Percy parried again. Jason kept coming with strikes, and Percy kept meeting them.
"Speaking of grapes," he said, "How's old Dionysus? I haven't seen him in a few weeks, when I spared him because I couldn't be bothered finding a new Camp director."
That distracted Superman. Percy struck out with his foot, his heavy boot hitting Jason in the chest, sending him flying backwards. Percy prowled towards him, lightning wreathing his fingers. Jason noticed this and frowned. Percy tilted his head to one side, "I never told you, did I? How silly of me."
He held up a hand, "When I killed your Daddy, I stole his powers. Now I have the powers of the sea and the sky."
He held his hand close to Jason's face and snarled, "Have fun being electrocuted."
The son of Jupiter screamed as the lightning shocked his body. The whole room flashed with blue as Jason writhed, his face steaming.
"Stop it!" Thalia screamed. Percy turned to look at her, and the lightning stopped. She had tears flowing down her face.
"Two minutes have passed," she breathed, "He lasted two minutes, now let him and the others go."
Percy snarled at her, "That isn't how this works."
He raised his sword above Jason's face so the boy could see it. Then he said, in a dangerously quiet voice, "This is Theos Dolofonos. The God Killer."
Jason trembled at the sight of the blade, mere inches from his burnt face. Percy snarled, "You are not a god. You do not deserve to be killed with such a fine blade. You don't deserve anything."
He spat the words in Jason's face. Then he pried Jason's gladius from his clenched hand and raised it above his heart.
"This is for Leah," Percy hissed, and shoved the blade into Jason's stomach.

A/N: as you may be able to tell, I don't really like Jason very much. If you like him that's fine, this is just my opinion. Sorry about the pain I caused.

If you are like me, and you don't like Jason either, then enjoy this bout of happiness I have caused or something. Or not, since death isn't nice even if you don't like the victim.

The first time I read Heroes of Olympus, I was in love with Jason. He was like a disney prince, perfect in every way. And that's exactly the reason I began to dislike him starting the second time I read it. He's too perfect. It makes him bland, and unreal. And I think a character needs to have a bad side, otherwise they come off as slightly annoying, or too perfect, or something like that.

Anyway, that's my rant over. I hope you enjoyed this chapter, despite the pain/happiness I may have caused.

After I've finished Tyrant King, I have a few options for my next story:

- Percy Jackson Tortured; the Sequel

- Crossroads: the second Amber story- Behind That Mask: A Percy Jackson Assassin Fanfic- Not More Than a Monster: A Percy Jackson Werewolf Fanfic- Porky's Follies: A Percy Jackson Fanfic about Percy being kidnapped by Phorcys- New Demigods: A Percy Jackson/Harry Potter Crossover- Undead: A Percy Jackson Becoming a God FanficAs you can see, I have many ideas. Also, I don't know what I did to the font size. Oh well.
