"Want me to do it?" I ask with a smirk

"I'm the senior agent in charge Fenix, I'll get him to let us in," Coulson says, with a small smile, knowing that it drives me crazy when he pulls Senior agent in charge bullshit

"Fine but you know he will be upset and uncooperative" I say while rolling my eyes at him and leaning back in the elevator, looking down at my nails and picking at then almost subconsciously

"You stubborn AI just let us through, tell Tony it's important," Coulson says frustrated "It's an emergency!"

"Sir, it seems that Mr. Stark has left the building for the evening, it is date night" JARVIS responds

"But did he really JARVIS, did he really leave the building?" I respond sarcastically to the AI

"No miss, it's a lie" JARVIS says back almost ashamed, causing me to smile

"Fine do it" Coulson sighs, rolling his eyes at my cocky attitude

"Can you let us up to the penthouse buddy? Oh and also override the call block on Tony's phone please" I ask JARVIS in a sing-song tune knowing that the AI can't do two things when it comes to me. The first being that he can't lie, and the second that he has to listen to me, no matter what.

"Yes miss" The AI responds

"I hate when you get your way." Coulson says as the elevator starts to travel upwards. He picks up his phone again and calls Tony "Mr. Stark we need to talk"

JARVIS made quick work patching him through to Tony's phone after being told to give Coulson full access for his time at the tower

"This is urgent" Just as he says just as the elevator doors open

"Security breach, your fault" Tony says to Pepper, it was date night, JARVIS wasn't lying about that for sure

"I'm not sure about that one" Pepper says, smiling at me knowing the power I have over JARVIS, after all he was like a second babysitter to me growing up

"Mr Stark" Coulson says stepping off the elevator

"Phil! Come in!" Pepper says getting up, and walking over, wrapping Me in a hug "Kaylee sweetie how are you, I feel like I never see you anymore, what has it been, six months?"

"Phil? His name is agent," Tony says pointing at Coulson, "Oh and look it's my daughter, who is too good to call her dear old dad and tell him she's coming by for a visit right? Are you not supposed to be in Malibu working on company requisitions and running the PR department?"

"Everything's handled, my teams have things situated, I was needed elsewhere" I say coldly to my father, Stark tower was an idea I had proposed to him 2 years ago when he had me running point scheduling speakers at the Stark Expo. The fact that he went ahead and made the project completely with Pepper, with zero help from me makes me so angry. Angry at my father, not ever angry with Pepper, she raised me more than my dad ever did.

"We are celebrating, grab a glass" Pepper says trying to hand me the glass that's in her hands, I smile at her and shake my head no while mouthing thank you

"We can't stay, we need you to look this over as soon as possible" Coulson says trying to hand Tony a file

"I don't like being handed things" Tony says backing up

"It's fine, because I love being handed things" Pepper says taking the file and giving Coulson her glass, passing the file to Tony and taking his glass
