You Had To Do It Again, Didn't You?

A few hours later Clint wakes me up

"I think I've got something, want to go upstairs and let them know?" Clint says opening a map

"Yeah sure" I say stretching, I get up and walk up the stairs.

"You have got to upload that schematic in the next three minutes" Bruce says as I make it to the top of the stairs

"I'm gonna say this once" Steve says entering the room, with the twins behind him, worry instantly flushes over my body

"How about none-ce" Tony says as I look from Steve to him. Great, they are going to fight again.

"Shut it down" Steve says in a very demanding tone. It actually causes me to jump a little bit.

"Nope, not gonna happen" Tony says moving about the room.

"You don't know what you're doing" Steve says looking from my father to Bruce

"And you do? She's not in your head?" Bruce says referencing the female twin.

"If I recall three days ago they both wanted me hurt, if not dead, and now you're on their side?" I say shortly to Steve after Bruce's accusation. Feeling more hurt and angry, how could he be on their side, how could he bring them here?

"I know you two are angry" she says stepping out from behind Steve

"Oh, we're way past that." Bruce says coming to me, standing in front of me, protecting me "I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade, not only for what you did to me, but for what you wanted to do to her, and Cap now you're defending them?"

I give Banner a slightly concerned look, I've only seen him this upset once, not including when he Hulks out, back when I was exposed to the radiation in his lab.

"Banner after everything that's happen," Steve starts to say, stepping forward, causing me to take a step back, almost tripping on the stairs. Fear must be present on my face because Steves face softens for a moment

"It's nothing compared to what's coming" Tony yells back, "And I would take caution all of you, the next person that gets near my daughter will get what's coming to them"

I step more behind Bruce, clinging to his arm at this point. He is the only one I feel safe with at this moment. I feel his movement shift, soften at my touch, almost communicating to me that I am safe with him.

"You don't know what's in there" the female says again, "and we don't want the little Stark anymore, it would solve nothing."

"This isn't a game" Steve says, continuing to yell at my father. He cares more about stopping my father than protecting me, noted. I slip down the stairs not really caring what happens next, I just need to get out of the room.

As I make it downstairs I hear a gunshot, I duck as glass comes raining down and the male twin is on the floor at Clint's feet.

"What, didn't see that coming?" He says, admittedly, it's kinda funny. I chuckle lightly and continue into the main floor, I hear crashing and the sounds of fighting overhead.

"That's one battle I'm not going to be a part of," I say out loud, brushing glass off of the bar top, mixing myself a drink and setting myself down on one of the stools. Everything becomes quiet after a large blast of lightning lights up the room.

"Oh goodie, Thor's back." I say with a small sigh taking another sip of the drink I poured myself. Thinking about how much destruction has happened inside of that lab in a matter of minutes. "Guess I can add a new roof and glass repairs to the long list of things that this facility will need done before I can get it sold"
