Chapter 13: Hell of a Time part 1! Noelle's true power?!

Noelle would awaken to the sound of people talking around her. She couldn't quite make out what they were saying, but she could hear her name being repeated over and over. She would yawn slightly and go to clutch at her head but her hand wouldn't move. She would look down at her hands to see they were in fact chained up, and hanging over her head. As she looked at the chains, she saw those chains were connected to boulders, which sat on the floor beneath her, despite the chains being longer and hanging over the edge of a cliff. She would hear someone walking into the room, and as she looked at the door, and she saw Satan approaching her with a smirk on his face. As he walked to her, she would growl and snap at him like a dog trapped in a cage.

Satan: "Easy, New-Blood. You need me alive, so just remember that. But, nevertheless, welcome to Hell. You are, as you can probably see, chained up connected to some boulders. Besides those boulders are two keys that shall free your hands from the chains. However, if you missed it, the chains hang over the edge. That is because, for your demon powers to fully activate, and for you to have complete control of it, you must kill someone. At the bottom of that cliff, we have the man who murdered your father, orphaned you, and destroyed your sister. So, it is your choice to make. You either can kill him which activates your power, and lets you go free...OR you can stay alive with him, rotting for as long as he does."

He says before walking back for a moment as she watched her struggle to think. After a few minutes, she would begin trying to lean down and getting the key, however none of it would work. She was struggling worse than anything. Suddenly, a voice would be heard from the bottom of the cliff. It was Zane's voice calling out for her to stop. All she would hear was him screaming at her, however.

Zane: "NOELLE!! PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!! I DIDN'T MEAN FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED, TO HAVE HAPPENED! YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS!! BETTER THAN HIM!! SO, PLEASE....SPARE ME!!"

Satan: "Noelle, you don't really believe that he did all of that by accident, do you? Killing your father? Endangering your kingdom, by putting a young child in charge? You saw what he did to Brooke. Do you think he killed her accidentally?"

Zane: "NOELLE, DON'T BELIEVE HIM!! BROOKE HAD A PULSE WHEN I PUT HER IN THE INFIRMARY!! HE ORDERED ME TO KILL YOUR FATHER!! YOU RULED THE KINGDOM PERFECTLY!! I SWEAR YOU ARE AN AMAZING QUEEN, SO DO NOT GIVE INTO THIS TEMPTATION!!"

Satan: "Well, Noelle...if you refuse to listen to me....then maybe you will listen to someone else. Someone who is familiar with you..."

As Satan said that, he would snap his fingers. Suddenly out from the shadows would appear an older gentleman, who looked no older than 40. He approached the light and gave off a patient smile as he looked at Noelle. He leaned down towards her and placed his hand on her head, ruffling her hair as he had done so many times in the past, and he was dressed in an all black suit that was slightly dirty. The man cleared his throat as he began to speak, his voice as sleek and warm as ever.

???: "Hello, Noelle. It feels like it has been quite some time since we had last spoken. Is it still your birthday? We can have that dinner and cake that was promised for you, sweetie. Why are you crying at me? Don't cry, sweetie."

Noelle, crying: "N-no way...I-it can't be...d-dad? Wh-what are you doing here? A-are you...dead? Is that why I can see you?"

The figure was former King Blake. He would smile patiently at his daughter before wiping her tears and tearing up himself. He would nod at her question before turning to Satan and sighing.

Blake: "I am dead, my dear. That....thing that Lord Satan had placed at the bottom of that cliff, is the cause of it. You must avenge me, Noey. I would rather have a demon for a daughter, than rest knowing that she conceived demon children with the demonic being that killed me, and ruined my children's lives. You need to end it. I know you can do it, because I believe in you."
