Chapter 33: All Together! The Final Battle!! Part 2: No Calm Within The Storm...

As Zane had continued to scream, he also began being enveloped in energy. A cold storm began brewing around the castle, strong and cold winds, along with the accompaniment of snow and hail. His eyes turned white as he began to lose all control. He punched the ground around him, over and over, bloodying his hand and crying tears of anger and rage, before he felt a menacing presence behind him soon followed by hands grabbing him from outside of the energy that enveloped him, the hands getting frostbite as they began grabbing him, while being the prolonged due to his stubbornness. When the hands did finally grab him, he screamed out and continued to cry as he realized it was Noelle, entering and enduring the freezing cold before bringing him into her warm and welcoming embrace. Zane continued to cry as Noelle hugged her personal servant and cried behind his back, trying to calm him down.

Noelle: "Zane...it is alright. I promise you, everything will be okay. I will be here for you, no matter what now. I am sorry for your loss but if Bunni were still here, she would be the one telling you to now do this. You are going to kill us all, and this invasion...this fight will have been for nothing! He's gone, and we can leave now! Give Bunni a proper burial to celebrate the life that she lived, and not mourn too much on the life we lost! I love you so much, Zane. Let me take her place of your protector, and I promise we will be okay. You'll be protected from everything, by all of us. Just, abandon this burning hellscape and stay with us on the surface. I beg you, please, calm down and don't go any further than this."

Zane: "N-Noelle...I..."

Before he could speak, he wrapped his arms around her, as the tears of his stopped flowing. His breathing slowed, and the heavy storm winds that blew all rubble all over the castle had ceased. Zane and Noelle continued hugging before Maria walked over and joined the hug. Brooke, John, Rosemary, Carrie, and Beatrixe soon followed cuddling up to the three of them, which reminded Zane that despite losing Bunni...he had so much more. Raymond and Rosalina watched them and rolled their eyes before walking over and tapping them, as it was now time to go. He smiled slightly before standing up and grabbing Bunni's body and beginning to walk out of the castle with everyone else. However as they stood tall and walked out, there was a beam of energy that shot out and hit Zane in the leg, which sent him to the floor. He grabbed his leg before everyone looked back and gasped in shock at the sight they saw. Satan was standing up, in his original form, struggling to stand as he stared at Zane.

Satan: "You should...ngh...have finished...ngh...the job, boy. There is but...ngh damnit...one way to finish this, now! One on one...ow...come at me! Kill me and fulfill...ngh...your destiny, or meet the same fate and Bunni and your parents! Ahahahahahahahahah!!"

Noelle: "You sick FUCK!! What is wrong with you?!"

Zane: "That's how it is...fine...let's go fucking bitch! I will fight you on my own, and when I kill you I will claim the throne! The rest of you, take Bunni's body to the surface...and prepare for her funeral. If I don't make it back...make one for me, with an empty casket...and Noelle, I love you. I want you to know that..."

Noelle: "Wh-what?! Zane, I won't let you do this alone!"

Zane: "Get out of here! Rosemary, grab her and run!"

He says before Rosemary apologized to Noelle and picked her up, as they run out of the castle, leaving Zane behind. Zane slowly stood up, keeping pressure off of his leg as he stared down Satan, he walked forward and smirked as he kept hold of his leg.

Satan: "I will say it was very smart of you to send the rest to the surface. That way when you die, they can have some false hope again, and I can kill them before burning that city to the ground!"

Zane: "...no, FATHER! You're wrong. I sent them home for a different reason."

Satan: "Oh? What might that be?"
