Chapter 14: Hell Of A Time part 2! Zane's Farewell??

Zane would be seen limping away from the cliff, as he held his arm and clutched at his leg every now and then. He had a leg that was entirely broken and would wince with every hobbling step. He would be seen by Beatrixe who would take a fighting stance before Zane would grab her by the throat and pin her against the wall.

Zane: "Where...is..Noe-"

He would say before he passed out and let go of Beatrixe. Beatrixe would sigh and look around before she looked down at Zane. She teared up a little before nodding and picking him up. She would carry him and walk away. Anytime a Hell citizen would see her, she glared at them and threatened them with death for snitching. When she arrived at a house, she knew it wasn't hers, but she was familiar with it. She grabbed the key from the window and would open the door before walking inside. She would place Zane on the bed and sigh as she sat near him.

Beatrixe: "Zane...what happened to you? I thought you were better than this..."

Zane would open his eyes weakly and look away from her before shaking his head.

Zane: "Life is full of disappointment..."

Beatrixe: "I thought she crushed you, Zane...I watched the rock fall."

Zane: "Let me tell you how it all went down..."

--A FEW HOURS AGO--

Zane would awaken to the feeling of throbbing pain in his chest. He would go to hold it before realizing his hands were being held by chains. As he attempted to stand, his feet would be held as well. He laid there and moved around in his chains before hearing some talking. He looked up and saw two boulders hanging over the cliff, which were attached to two long chains. Zane would keep struggling to break his cuffs before the voices became clearer. It was Satan and Noelle's voices.

Satan: "Easy, New-Blood. You need me alive, so just remember that. But, nevertheless, welcome to Hell. You are, as you can probably see, chained up connected to some boulders. Besides those boulders are two keys that shall free your hands from the chains. However, if you missed it, the chains hang over the edge. That is because, for your demon powers to fully activate, and for you to have complete control of it, you must kill someone. At the bottom of that cliff, we have the man who murdered your father, orphaned you, and destroyed your sister. So, it is your choice to make. You either can kill him which activates your power, and lets you go free...OR you can stay alive with him, rotting for as long as he does."

As it would click in Zane's head what Satan was doing, he would struggle furiously to get out of the cuffs. While he struggles, he would try to plead with Noelle.

Zane: "NOELLE!! PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!! I DIDN'T MEAN FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED, TO HAVE HAPPENED! YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS!! BETTER THAN HIM!! SO, PLEASE....SPARE ME!!"

Satan: "Noelle, you don't really believe that he did all of that by accident, do you? Killing your father? Endangering your kingdom, by putting a young child in charge? You saw what he did to Brooke. Do you think he killed her accidentally?"

Zane: "NOELLE, DON'T BELIEVE HIM!! BROOKE HAD A PULSE WHEN I PUT HER IN THE INFIRMARY!! HE ORDERED ME TO KILL YOUR FATHER!! YOU RULED THE KINGDOM PERFECTLY!! I SWEAR YOU ARE AN AMAZING QUEEN, SO DO NOT GIVE INTO THIS TEMPTATION!!"

Satan: "Well, Noelle...if you refuse to listen to me....then maybe you will listen to someone else. Someone who is familiar with you..."

As Satan spoke those words, Zane would hear him snap, and he would hear a familiar voice echo from above the cliff.

???: "Hello, Noelle. It feels like it has been quite some time since we had last spoken. Is it still your birthday? We can have that dinner and cake that was promised for you, sweetie. Why are you crying at me? Don't cry, sweetie."
