It was a Friday evening. Seonghwa needed various groceries for the coming week in addition to tonight's dinner.

"Dada, can we get this?"

And when one of his kids asked to go, the other five begged as well.

Seonghwa observed the box of treats his son grabbed. "You have to share with your brothers, Yeosang."

"Hmph." Yeosang pouted.

Seonghwa sighed and continued to push the cart down the aisle. Only three of his six were following him. The others were with Hongjoong in a different section.

Three they were, but so much chaos was already unfolding.

"Mingi, stop!"

"You stop!"

Seonghwa looked down at the basket where the two were trying to hit each other.

"Both of you. Calm down." Once they stopped, he stepped away to grab something.

"Ouch!"

"Good one, Yeo!"

Seonghwa turned to see Yeosang reaching over to high five Mingi. All while Wooyoung was rubbing his forehead.

Seonghwa took a deep breath. Just a few more things to grab. Then they would find Hongjoong and all go home-

"Drrrrra!"

Oh no.

The three burst out laughing from the voice through the speakers. Wooyoung was the first to recover.

"Is that Sannie?" he asked.

"Oh, Hongjoong..." Seonghwa muttered.

"Ra?"

"Hongjoong," he gritted again, looking to find his husband and the other three kids.

The family made it out of the store in one piece — mainly because each of the kids begged for an item to keep quiet. Hongjoong held San and Yeosang's hands, both happy with their new toys in hand. He could sense the anger and exhaustion in Seonghwa's aura.

"Seonghwa," Hongjoong whispered after they'd buckled in their kids and were loading the things into the car. The younger father offered a sympathetic smile. Seonghwa merely nodded and continued setting the rest of the bags in the back of the car.

"Dada, is the food ready?"

"..."

"Dada!"

Seonghwa jumped. "Yes, sweetheart! What?"

Yunho pouted. "Is the food ready?"

"Not yet. I'll call you all down when it is."

"Mm, how long?"

"I'm not sure," Seonghwa sighed. "A few minutes, I guess."

"How long?" the little boy asked again.

"Yunho," Seonghwa began. His voice was calm yet held authority.

"What?"

"Yunho, go play with your brothers. Leave daddy alone," Hongjoong softly requested as he stopped by the kitchen. He carried a laundry basket against his hip and was on his way to the laundry room.
