Yunho sighed as he scrolled through his phone.

Organize a dinner.
Plan a picnic at the park.
Visit a fair.

He was currently looking for ideas to celebrate his first anniversary dating San.

Throw a party!
Drunk karaoke at a bar!
Party at a club!

Yunho rolled his eyes. Whose mother wrote this article? He left the website and called up his friend.

"Hey!" Wooyoung greeted him loudly. Yunho winced.

"Hey. I need your help."

"What's up?"

"What did you do for your one-year dating anniversary with Seonghwa?"

"Uhm... hm..." The boy thought." He planned different things to do over the day, like going to the park, then the fair, and then a homemade dinner. It was lovely and- Oh! Are you planning something for San?"

"Yeah."

Wooyoung gasped. "Seonghwa! Assemble the team. Okay, we'll see you soon, Yunho!"

"W-Wha..." Yunho watched the screen as his friend hung up.

"Operation Yunho needs an anniversary gift for San," Wooyoung declared as the rest of Yunho's friends gathered in the living room.

"What about an inexpensive gift? Like a nice day together at home?" Hongjoong suggested.

"Um, no offense, but who would do that?"

Mingi scoffed and embraced his shorter boyfriend. "I did it for our six months."

"Oh. Makes sense."

"Bitch-"

"Enough," Seonghwa called. "There are different ways to celebrate, we know, but what's important is what Yunho wants to do for San."

"I want it to be interesting and fun, but with a little bit of seriousness-"

Jongho gasped and clapped his hands. "I got it. Take him away on a trip."

"That's not so bad," Yeosang agreed.

"I don't know if he'd want to go far."

"You're making excuses."

"No I'm not-"

"So don't go too far," Mingi stated. "Head to the mountains, stay at a cabin. Leave the city or rent a beach house. There's a lot of places you could go."

Yunho nodded. "That does sound nice."

"So a trip it is, then?"

"Yeah." Yunho nodded with a smile.

Yunho couldn't wait and thought about his plan night and day. San would have no idea where they were going.

So on the morning of their special day, Yunho cooked up an excellent breakfast as quiet as he could. He entered his shared bedroom and carefully approached San.

San giggled as he felt kisses all over his face and neck.

"Good morning, my lovely Choi San," Yunho whispered.

San laughed and rubbed his eyes. "Good morning, Yunho. I have morning breath, I'm sorry."

"I'm used to it, baby. Happy one year."

San smiled. "Happy one year. I'd kiss you, but-"

"Yeah, go wash up." Yunho made San laugh again.
