Chapter 55 - September 3 (Part 15)

11:28 - 6 hours and 32 minutes until the Sundeen Fest.

Emily was walking through the neighborhood looking on her phone. She didn't have a care in the world.

EMILY: Makoto told everyone to meet at the library... yeah hell no.

Emily didn't notice a manhole infront of her. She just kept on walking. She fell in the manhole. Her phone fell out her hand. She didn't even know what was happening until she fell in the sewer water with the reeking smell. Emily couldn't get up from the fall. She swirmed around but no one would come to save her.

Emily Moore died from hypothermia at 11:29 AM.

Riley had finally made it to the Town Center. When he opened the door, he saw bodies everywhere. Including Jasper's. Suddenly, someone just came from a corner. It was Sarah, they noticed each other immediately.

RILEY: ..... another fodder. Aren't you Sarah Campbell?

SARAH: Ugh, I am a boy! My name is Soren Campbell!

RILEY: .... the name "Sarah" is a Hebrew name, meaning princess. To think you would take that for granted.

SARAH: You look famili-

Sarah dropped everything expression-wide. She paused, because she knew.

RILEY: Oh, didn't take you long to figure out.

Sarah was paralyzed. She was too scared to move, she fell to the ground.

SARAH: ......

Riley pulled out a kitchen knife and pierced through Sarah's throat. Blood splattered everywhere. It had gotten on Riley's clothes.

RILEY: Ugh, I was doing so good.

Riley got up and walked away. He searched through every room he could find. He walked out the town center, and saw Murphy's car stuck in a store from the other side of the intersection. He immediately recognized it, and ran across the street. He inspected the car.

RILEY: This happened just around ten minutes ago. Murphy couldn't be far.

Riley walked on, towards the school. Murphy appeared out of nowhere from a corner and they bumped into each other.

RILEY: Murphy....

MURPHY: MAKOTO ESCAPED FROM ME!

RILEY: .... you ran into Makoto? Anyone else?

MURPHY: I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!

RILEY: ... where are Tyrone, Jacob, and Rosie?

Murphy pointed behind him.

MURPHY: They're at the park. Just chilling.

RILEY: Let's kill them.

MURPHY: .... shut up. Let's go.

Riley and Murphy walked to the park. Which was behind the school in their direction.

Meanwhile, at the Library...

JOEY: Lyla, stop presurring yourself...

LYLA: But I have to, the Corchian Language is vital to Sundeen!

Joey put his hands on Lyla's shoulders. She had a pissed expression on her face.

JOEY: Lyla... I gotta say this. It's been stuck in my head for a while.

LYLA: What is it...

Suddenly, the front door opened. Holly and Logan went to see who it was.

LOGAN: !, he's back!

HOLLY: Finally!

It was Makoto. He arrived to the library.
