Deku walks into a meeting room with Shoto, Hawks, Mt. Lady, Lemillion, Nejire, Hive and Tsukuyomi.

Deku: All right. What's the trouble?

Mt. Lady: We should wait for Dynamight.

Deku: He's not coming. He's tied up in some of my business.

Hive: Why's that?

Deku: I decided to do a month's training with my daughter and Nejire's son. I needed to come to this, so I left them with the best trainer I could.

Lemillion: I don't think you know the scale of what's going on.

Deku: What is it?

Hawks: Look, a new villain has broken every living villain out of Tartarus.

Deku: Everyone?

Hawks: Look, we're lucky that All for One died in there. The new villain broke everyone else out. We don't have any Nomu to deal with, but some of the most dangerous villains out there are back. Overhaul, Stain, Shigaraki and Kurogiri have joined him, along with some other criminals.

Deku: What could he be planning? Overhaul has no power anymore. Shigaraki got rid of his hands.

Nejire: True.

Tsukuyomi: I have an idea, here's a audio recording taken from outside the prison.

The recording plays.

Midas: I could not imagine the hardships of those termed 'quirkless' it's almost like a disability, a disease.

Tsukuyomi: I do believe he has much the same goals as the Shie Hassaikai.

Deku: Ridding the world of quirks?

Nejire: Possibly.

Deku: I'll make sure that our kids aren't involved in this. Hawks. Why would Shigaraki join him?

Hawks: Fairly sure he would have appealed to Shigaraki by involving his mission to kill the one who wields One-for-All. After all, he did say that he wanted to erase quirks from existence.

Deku: Do we have a lead on who he might be?

Hawks: Sessuru Gorudo, or Midas. He has a team made of the people he's broken from prison, he calls them the Uniters of The World.

Deku: He thinks that by removing quirks, he'll unite the world by making every man and woman equal.

Hawks: I'd say so.

Deku: Do we know where he is?

Hawks: You'd think we would, considering what he did. Everyone who went after him, well they ended up like this guy.

He shows on screen the gold statues.

Deku: Midas must be a reference to his quirk, turning people to gold.

Hawks: Also works on inanimate objects, he can turn gold to dust by snapping his fingers.

Deku: So there's no getting close, huh. What's everyone doing in response to this?

Shoto: UA has updated its defence, to protect the new students coming in, in under a month. My agency has increased patrols, as well as reorganising them, so that if any of these men should come across mine, they have at least one of my most trusted heroes to deal with.

Hawks: Much the same.

Everyone nods in agreement, showing they have done the same.

Deku: I'll get my guys on it too. I'll also pass the message to Kachan.

Shoto: You still call him that?

Deku: What? It's been our thing since we were around four or five.

Mt. Lady: Yeah. Anyway, back to the issue at hand. Have we checked the old League of Villains' base?

Shoto: I'll lead a team there tomorrow, at dawn, come if you wish.

Lemillion: I'll look around the old Hassaikai base. He wanted to rid the world of quirks, right? He knows who Overhaul was, so why start from square one?

Deku: Didn't we destroy their work?

Lemillion: They weren't stupid, they'd have a copy we didn't find.

Deku: I thought we were done with them.

Nejire: Apparently not. Please, Deku, keep Y/N out of this.

Deku: Don't worry Nejire, I've got him.

The group splits off on their separate ways.

Dagoba beach.

Your training with Isoko and her uncle is at its end, far more gruelling than your days with Deku, that much you were sure.

Bakugo: You both did better than I thought, maybe you're not two weaklings after all, you certainly have more potential than Deku.

Y/N: What? You can't be serious.

Bakugo: You have to, the villains you're going to have to fight will be far more powerful than Deku could ever hope to contend with, you have to be stronger, if you want to make it to number ten at least.

You shudder, villains more powerful than Deku could ever hope to beat? How could I ever-?

Your train of thought is stopped by his old friend.

Bakugo: It's fine. You're already better than he was at your age, both of you.

Y/N: Really?

Bakugo: He was a cry baby at your age. He couldn't fend for himself. It was only when All Might showed up that he actually got some power, when that happened, he needed many teachers in order to get where he was by the end of first year.

Y/N: Damn.

Bakugo: What you see, smiling while saving hundreds from certain death, is a product of years of hardships, challenges and hopeless situations. He wasn't born that way. People seem to forget that.

Isoko: It's true.

At that moment, Deku runs in using his Full Cowl.

Deku: Hey guys, I'm gonna need to talk to Kachan about something, so consider your training finished for today.

You leave, getting very suspicious of everyone hiding things from you. Sure, you move out of earshot from them.

Y/N: Need me to walk you to your house or something? Not that I don't think you can't handle yourself or anything it's just t-

You frantically say the last sentence, realising what you implied, she laughs at the notion.

Isoko: It's fine. Yes you can walk me home.

Y/N: It's just what you do isn't it?

Isoko: It is.

To Deku and Bakugo

Deku: The League of Villains has escaped, along with everyone who was locked up in Tartarus.

Bakugo: Shit.

Deku: Everyone is taking measures to prevent the villain who freed them from achieving his goal, the deletion of all quirks.

Bakugo: Shit, well, I'll look out for him.

Deku: Shoto is leading an attack on the old League base. Lemillion is checking out the old Hassaikai base. Choose which one you're going to.

Bakugo: What are you going to do?

Deku: I'm helping, it's a rest day for the kids so that'll work out fine.
