"Villains?! No way!"
"What Villains'd be dumb enough to sneak into a school for Heroes?"
As you all huddled around Thirteen, the class broke out into worried murmurs, wondering whether or not the sight in front of them was real.
The courtyard was filled with an excessive amount of crooks, all of them varying in height, weight, and Quirks. They all kept pouring in due to the purple smog, it's body spread to mass capacity as it let the masses fit through. From where you were standing, their bodies resembled those of ants, your height over them giving that illusion.
Still, you weren't eager about being in their general vicinity, their crooked grins and smirks letting you know just how deranged this group most likely was. They were an eyesore, their hulking bodies and sharp claws leaving much to be desired over.
And to think, you were all promised a rescue exercise and were met with hostile groups instead.
"Sensei," a sweating Yaoyorozu called, turning to the Space Hero hopefully. "Aren't there intruder sensors?"
Thirteen nodded vigorously, "Yes, of course there are...!"
The Class Representative balks, hand roaming to her chest as she asks, "But if nothings going off... then does that mean...?"
"Are they only here, or also at the main building...?"
Shouto Todoroki, a usually quiet guy who hadn't said so much as a couple of words since the school year started, took the conversation into his own hands. "Either way, if the sensors aren't working... it has to be one of their Quirks that's doing it."
Looking from the teacher and back to the Villain horde, he shrugs. "This place is far from campus. And they picked a time where there'd be few people here... so maybe they're not as dumb as they seem. They must have an objective, because this is a well coordinated sneak attack."
Reaching into your thigh holster, currently unoccupied since your support items were on your wrist, you pull out the pager that the Commissions President had granted you, confirming Todorokis words. The pager remained unblinking, frozen in place, no matter how hard or repeatedly you clicked at its buttons. Nothing was being sent, and you doubted you would receive anything any time soon, meaning you were cut off entirely from the outside.
Already, the situation seemed dull, cut off access making you feel all the more finicky when it came to the safety of the others around you.
Aizawa, who had been observing the invading group, began to yell out instructions, pulling at his capture weapon as he did so. "Thirteen! Begin evacuation! And try calling the school! One of these Villains must be jamming the sensors, which means there's a good chance one of their electric-types is causing the interference."
Turning to the class, Aizawa sought out a face through the crowd. "Kaminari."
The gold-haired teen stiffened, hands at his sides as he looked to his teacher. "Try using your Quirk to signal for help."
"Got it!"
Standing on the ledge of the small fence that surrounds the top of the steps, Aizawa gets ready to jump over, arms twitchy before Midoriya calls out to the older man. "But Sensei, you can't fight them all alone!! Against that many... even you can't nullify all their Quirks!!"
The rest of the class seems to agree silently, uneasy grimaces covering their faces as they watch their teacher prepare to lunge forward. "As EraserHead, your fighting style involves Erasure and quick binding capture. Head-on battle isn't-"
