The bus ride to the cityscapes were interesting to say the least.

You noticed that you were riding with the tall bulky male who had interrupted Yamada mid-speech and the plain green haired guy he had targeted. While the environment didn't feel hostile, there was still some tension that lingered after that confrontation, as no matter how many times the freckled kid tried to keep attention from off himself, the bespectacled guy always managed to glare in his direction for some reason or other.

You wondered if they had history beforehand, maybe rivals or friends who had separated on bad terms, but eventually brushed the thoughts away. You didn't know these people and wouldn't interfere in others affairs unless absolutely needed, just like you had been told.

As the bus did its first stop, a loud voice was heard through a speaker, letting all of you know you were allowed to enter U.A.s changing rooms in order to get out of your current school uniforms and into something more appropriate for the occasion.

Stepping out and into the girls side of the building, you were met with hundreds of different Quirk users all meshed into one area trying to get their hands on a locker. Quickly, you found an empty one and put your bag in before anyone else tried to snatch it up for themselves.

You changed into some old gym shorts Kayama had handed you to train in and a tank top. While some may see it as an unethical way of dressing for an eminent battle, you knew you'd need it in order to firmly deal with your Quirk. Taking out the water capsules Power Loader had built, you shoved them into your pockets, heading towards the exit and back in the direction of the bus.

Right as you were about to step out and get ready to board the vehicle again, you felt someone tap your shoulder. Turning around, you were met with a short brunette with excessively pink cheeks. "Hi there!"

"Uh, hi?"

"I'm really sorry to bother at a time like this, but I was wondering if we could share a locker? All of them are used up and I don't wanna leave my bag lying around. It's cool if you don't want to though, I totally get it!" She smiled shyly, cheeks turning pinker, if that were even possible.

You nodded, eyes darting back to the locker your items were placed in. "That's fine by me, don't worry about it. I'll make sure not to take anything home with me on accident."

The smaller girl beamed at you, putting her hand out in your direction, "Thank you so much! My names Ochako Uraraka by the way! Super nice to meet you!"

You gripped her hand, shaking it lightly and responding in kind. "It's nice to meet you too." With that, you left her in the locker room, exiting with another tide of examinees as she reentered the room.

As you step onto the bus, you see that the bespectacled guy from earlier is sitting in the middle of the vehicle, alone, eyes facing downwards. Now that you had a clear view of him, you couldn't help but notice he looked distinctly familiar. Maybe it was just in your head, but you felt like you'd seen him somewhere.

You elected to ignore the thought, turning to where you had previously sat only to find the seat now occupied. You figured you had boarded early enough that you could get the same seat, but you guessed wrong as you watched two girls titter away in the very same spot you had been in just minutes before.

Acknowledging the fact that you had lost your unannounced place, you were ready to relegate yourself to the back of the bus, before a very stern voice broke through your train of thought.

"If you haven't a place to sit, you can take this spot, if you'd like."

The guy with the glasses and strong eyebrows was the one who had just spoken, though you aren't particularly sure why. You shuffle in place, wondering if it would be wise to take him up on the offer when he didn't seem that pleasant a buddy to sit with.
