Quirk: Water Manipulation
Type: Emitter
Quirk Range: Medium to Long Range
- Starter Info (Initial Quirk Usage): Reader is able to manipulate any and all types of water as long as it is within a 1 mile radius of where she stands (Example - Any type of water that can be used includes water from oceans, fountains, plant life, and even sweat as long as it resides within the 1 mile radius limitation).
- Drawback: Excessive use of Readers quirk or any effort made to surpass the current radius limitation can lead to small bouts of dehydration and cold retention.
- Later Progressions: As the story continues, new abilities will be 'unlocked' when it comes to Readers quirk such as manipulating water's physical state (Liquids, Solids, Gas), possible healing properties, and possible manipulation of fluids that reside within a persons body.
