"Alright, now that we've all sat down and had something to grub on- I say that we play a couple of games to get to know each other better!"
After about two hours of walking around Musutafu's popular outdoor shopping center, Ashido had suggested getting a bite to eat before everyone had to head home. At the mention of food, stomachs began to rumble, so no one opposed the idea and took to sending messages to loved ones to let them know of their late meal. After confirmations were dished out, you all made your way into a nearby Hot Pot place, the name of which you never bothered to remember.
Eating was not something you had anticipated, stretching this get together longer than what was originally intended.
While there wasn't anything wrong with wanting to eat dinner, you could feel whatever little energy you had diminish to almost nothing, and all you wanted to do now was go to sleep. Sure, the walk had been nice for the most part and you got to watch your classmates indulge in their likes, small useless things you cataloged in your brain, but you'd been ready to part ways right up until the pink-skinned girl squealed about an open restaurant.
Trying to leave had been a nightmare, with the three hyperactive people in your group surrounding you on all ends when you tried to make a quick exit. Telling them that you'd been told to get home was out of the picture as well, all of them making a grab for your phone with the excuse of dealing with your parents for you. It had been eventful, to say the least, and something you were not willing to repeat anytime soon.
Sure, your peer's intentions hadn't been ill-mannered, but it left you feeling weird, phone clutched harshly in your hand the rest of the walk, lest they get any ideas while you looked the other way.
Even when you'd tried to convince Aizawa to call you and excuse you from the group with whatever excuse he could come up with, he'd flat out ignored you, leaving you on 'Seen' rather than giving a response. Safe to say, you had quit any and all attempts after that major letdown, opting to just stay in place now that you didn't have a viable choice.
However, now you really wish Aizawa hadn't been such an ass. You couldn't think of anything more infantilizing than playing what you assumed to be a kids game. It might have been a norm for the rest of the table, but it wasn't for you, and you couldn't help the small sigh of boredom you let out. If dinner had been crossing your social limit, then playing games would definitely kill it off entirely.
Still, you guessed you'd have to suck it up or suffer another encounter where your private life would be placed on the line once more.
Clapping happily, Yaoyorozu couldn't keep the grin from off of her face. "I think playing a game sounds nice! What did you have in mind Ashido?"
The pink-haired girl pouted, cheek resting on her fist as she moodily said, "First of all, it's Mina! I don't like the last name crap, especially between friends. The way I see it, we'll be seeing each other way more than our own families, so start getting used to using it! Second, I think we should play 'Twenty-one Questions'! Anyone opposed?"
After a small bit of silence, Kaminari looked around skeptically as he asked, "Twenty... 'Twenty-one Questions'?"
"Do you guys seriously not get around?!"
The crowd you'd become associated with was... something else.
"That's not what I meant!! Just- why would you choose that lame-ass game?! Like, come on, we're not in Junior High anymore!"
