Running while injured in the lower abdomen was a massive pain in the ass.

It wasn't because your injury was that grave that it came between you and your normal bodily functions, it was more due to the fact that when you ran, you could feel the action tugging at your currently burnt skin heavily. The injury would send a slight shock through your system when it happened, one that made you grunt and gasp repeatedly as you tried to make way towards the USJs courtyard, but the bleeding had stopped so it couldn't be all that bad.

Sure, it was a difficult sensation to deal with, and you doubted this would help the healing process out much, but you went with the overstimulation regardless, mind too made up to not see the rest of this outing through.

Even as Kirishima made it a point to stick by your side in case you dropped suddenly after whatever adrenaline you had was spent, you ran, not willing to let yourself be left behind. You weren't even that far from where you had last seen Aizawa, the rest of the way to the courtyard empty of all life as opposed to the terrain you had just come from. You were so, so close- so you grit your teeth as best you could and pushed aside any and all physical discomforts that pressed at the front of your mind.

In a way, you felt like you owed this to the class- to the staff- this volatile action of yours. You'd been the one to see something that fateful day with the Press, had tried to rationalize it as something it wasn't, and now you were all here because of your inaction. You could have done more then, but the past was the past. All you had now was the present, and you couldn't in good mind do nothing, even with this injury of yours.

"Woah!! Is that All Might?!!"

True to Kirishimas cheerful yell, the closer you got to the middle of the building, the more things you could see. Off in the distance, you made out the Number One Hero, letting you know that someone had to have gotten in contact with him and alerted him of situation, but something was off.

The Hero seemed to be stuck in place, doing some sort of backbend. While you knew the Pro was flexible, it didn't seem like he had done it on purpose, with something giant holding him down from recuperating.

"It is! But, what is that thing-!"

"Quit your yapping and move, damnit!!"

Bakugou, who was now only a few paces away, yelled back at the both of you, seemingly annoyed at all the noise. He had stopped using his explosions halfway towards the courtyard, obviously trying to store up some sweat for when he finally came face to face with the mist Villain. You had tried to advise against engaging the crooks earlier, ditching that effort when the blonde all but spit on you when he turned to argue once more. Still... "Bakugou-!"

The blonde wasted no time in using his Quirk once more to approach the fighting Pro quicker, ignoring your and Kirishimas attempts at reasoning. While you didn't like the idea of the students fighting, you could accept it if you remained together for it.

Then again, you don't know why you expected any type of understanding from the explosive Quirk wielder.

"I hate to say it (L/N), but Bakugous right! We gotta stand our ground and help out the rest of our class!"

You nodded, breathing in hard through your nose after a particularly hard stretch in your abdomen as you tried to look up at the steadily approaching steps where everyone was last together. "I know, I just...! I'm worried about everyone-"

The redhead cut your spiel, hardening his fists the closer the two of you got to the courtyards commotion. Already, you could see that Bakugou was gunning all he had towards the leaders right hand man, the blonde yelling about someone in the way. "It's gonna be okay! Just follow my lead! We gotta take these guys down!!"
