Christy eagerly says her vows and Link heasitantly does.
Rhett bites his nails beside Sophie.
"If anyone has any reason why these two should not be together, speak now or forever hold your peace." Says the preacher.
There's the silence.
There's her last chance.
Sophie stands up with shaky hands. All eyes on her.
Horrified looks from everyone in the room, but Sophie is only looking at Link.
"I am not the kind of girl, who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion, but you are not the kind of boy who should be marrying the wrong girl." Sophie says.
She keeps her eyes locked on Link. Christy crosses her arms. Link listens and surveys Sophie. His eyes widen and it suddenly clicks! He recognizes her!
"Is that Sophia Bellerose?" Whispers Link's mom to Link's dad.
"Sophia Bellerose?" Link questions.
"Charles Lincoln Neal." Says Sophie.
Sophie walks up to Link and hands him a small, gold heart locket with their freshman year picture.
Christy's family gives Sophie dirty looks and some motion for her to sit down.
"Sit down!" Yells Christy's dad.
"Be quiet!" Yells Link's mom.
"Sophie?..." Link says "I-is that y-you?"
"It's me..." says Sophie.
"I... we thought we'd lost you..." says Link.
"I-it was all my fault..." says Sophie.
"At least you're here now. My Sophie..." Says Link.
"Excuse me?!!!" Christy yells.
"SHHHHH WOMAN!!!" Yells Gigi the bridesmaid.
Link grabs Sophie's hands and holds them in his. Sophie stares into Link's eyes intently. The silence stops when Link's lips crashed into Sophie's.
"Awwww!" Link's family and the bridesmaids squeal.
"Oh I'll be taking that." Says the preacher as he takes away Christy's ring.
"Wait!!! This isn't fair!!! I want my wedding!!!" Yells Christy.
They stop the kiss and blush awkwardly.
"Um, could you excuse me for a second?" Asks Sophie.
"Okay." Says Link
Sophie turns around and calls,"YO RHETT!" to Rhett.
Rhett walks up to Sophie and Link.
"Rhett?!" Exclaims Link.
"That's me buddy." Says Rhett.
Rhett and Link hug each other and smile.
"That's too cute!!" Squeals Sophie.
"Aw c'mon Soph! Get in here." Says Rhett before he holds his hands out.
