Sophie and Rhett arrive at the hospital. They run into the lobby and up to the front desk.

"Link Neal please?" Says Sophie.

"Room 420 on your right." Says the lady at the counter.

Sophie and Rhett run up to the 4th floor and knock on Link's door.

"Come in." Says the doctor.

Rhett and Sophie walk in and see Link, very pale, lying on the bed. Sophie gasps and a tear runs down her cheek. A constant heartbeat comes from the machine beside him.

"He's in a coma." Says the doctor.

"N-no!" Says Sophie as she cries harder. Rhett hugs her and Sophie burries her face in his chest.

"I'll leave you three alone for a few minutes." Says the doctor as he walks out the door.

Sophie continues crying for one more minute. She finally walks over to Link on his hospital bed. She sees something in his hand. She gently opens his fist and sees the locket that Sophie had given him in 9th grade before she left for Paris.

"H-he kept it?" Asks Sophie.

Sophie looks down at her own locket and cries. She leans in closer to Link and kisses his cheek for 5 seconds. She grabs his hand and sits next to him.
"Link, my forever and always, I am not giving up on yo-" says Sophie.

The steady beat on the machine next to Link suddenly changed to a long, non-stopping beep.

Rhett's mouth and eyes open more and he cries into his hands. Sophie gasps and whispers,"....N-no. N-no!" not wanting to accept it. She balls out crying.

She sings beautifully to Link:
"He said the way my green eyes shined
Put those NC stars to shame that night
I said: "That's a lie."
Just a boy in a chevy truck
That had a tendency of gettin' stuck
On backroads at night
And I was right there beside him all summer long
And then the time we woke up to find that summer gone

But when you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think my favorite song
The one we danced to all night long
The moon like a spotlight on the lake
When you think happiness
I hope you think that little black dress
Think of my head on your chest
And my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think of me

September saw a month of tears
And thankin' God that you weren't here
To see me like that
But in a box beneath my bed
Is a letter that you never read
From three summers back
It's hard not to find it all a little bitter sweet
And lookin' back on all of that, it's nice to believe

When you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think my favorite song
The one we danced to all night long
The moon like a spotlight on the lake
When you think happiness
I hope you think that little black dress
Think of my head on your chest
And my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think of me

And I'm back for the first time since then
I'm standin' on your street
And there's a letter left on your doorstep
And the first thing that you'll read is:

When you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think my favorite song
Someday you'll turn your radio on
I hope it takes you back to that place
When you think happiness
I hope you think that little black dress
Think of my head on your chest
And my old faded blue jeans
When you think Tim McGraw
I hope you think of me

Oh, think of me
Mmmm

He said the way my green eyes shine
Put those NC stars to shame that night
I said: "That's a lie""

Sophie balls out crying on the floor and thinks.
"R-Rhett?" Says Sophie.

"Y-yeah Soph?" Says Rhett.

"I think I can save him." Says Sophie crying.

"That's crazy." Says Rhett crying.

Sophie uses her telekinesis to bring Rhetts phone to her.

"W-whoa! Y-you have powers?" Asks Rhett.

"Yeah. Was born with 'em. I've been trying to hide them my whole life. Pinch me." Says Sophie.

Rhett pinches Sophie and she winces. Her eyes turn fron hazel to red.

"See..." says Sophie.

"Whoa." Says Rhett.

"I c-can save Link." Says Sophie.

"O-okay... do what you need to." Says Rhett.
