Dark Pit arrives back at his former home, landing at the entrance to the palace.

He takes a deep breath before opening the doors, stepping inside with his head held high.

Viridi was sitting on her throne that was carved out of a tree trunk, but it also had moss, mushrooms and flowers growing on it in different spots, wasn't the most comfortable but it did match her nature theme.

Phosphora and Arlon were in the room too, they turned around when they heard the doors open, shocked to see that it was the former dark angel commander.

"You have some nerve coming back here!" Viridi yelled out, standing up in her seat but not making a move towards him.

He looked up at her with a slight smirk, shrugging. "I decided to come back, did you miss me?"

The Goddess of Nature growled, sitting back down on the throne. "How did you even get here?" She asks, crossing her arms.

Pittoo narrowed his eyes, walking forward. "Since I'm not on good terms with Palutena, I had to ask another God to grant me the power of flight." Even though it was a lie, it hurt his pride to say such a thing aloud. Asking a God for help? Please, he never needed help. Ever.

Viridi raised an eyebrow at the answer. "Uh huh, which one?"

"Poseidon." Dark Pit answered simply, now standing between Phosphora and Arlon, who gave him suspicious looks, well, Phosphora's expression was more one of curiosity and confusion. He just ignored them either way.

"Why aren't you on good terms with Palutena? What did you do this time to piss her off? Break her little lapdog's heart?" The Goddess asked, laughing out loud at her comment on Pit right after.

Pittoo gritted his teeth, not liking what she had just said about his boyfriend, but he didn't say anything on it, instead he just smirked. "You'd be correct." Why not use her assumption to his advantage?

Viridi pauses, looking at him with curiosity. "What? But, you were seeing him behind my back!" She exclaims, confused by this. Weren't they dating?

Dark Pit scoffed, crossing his arms. "Yeah, but that was to get information on Palutena and her army, I never loved him, it was all an act. I just didn't say anything about it because it was better to keep my self-appointed secret mission on the down low, but it won't happen again." He says, his heart aching a little when he said that he never loved Pit, that wasn't true, he did. Does.

Viridi just narrows her eyes at him in suspicion, but doesn't voice it. "If that's the case, then what did you learn about them?" She instead asks, leaning forward in her seat.

"Not anything useful I'm afraid, Pit was actually smart enough to be careful about how much he revealed to me." Pittoo states, looking up at her with all seriousness.

Viridi stares at him before giving him a nod in understanding. "Well, I suppose there isn't anything we can do about that now, you did your best, but don't lie to me like that again! Do you understand me, Pittoo?!" She suddenly yelled out, standing up and grabbing her staff and pointing it towards him, ready to fire if he said or did one wrong thing.

The dark angel's eyes widened slightly and he took a step back, nodding to show her that he understood.

"Good." The small Goddess replied, lowering her staff and sitting back down on her throne. "You're all dismissed, I'll have tasks for you three to do later on."

With that being said the three commanders started to walk off to go do their own things.

Pittoo was about leave the throne room to go to his own bedroom when Viridi said his name.

"Dark Pit."

He turns his head around to look at her, giving her a bored, yet questioning look as he waited for her to continue.

"I'm watching you, one wrong move and you're a dead angel." She warned, a small smirk on her lips.

He simply nodded, leaving the room quickly so then she wouldn't notice the fear in his eyes.

-

He makes it to his old room and opens the door, closing it again behind him when entering. He looked around, noticing that everything was exactly where he left it all. The only thing that was missing from this room was Pit. Fuck he was gonna miss him so bad.

"I'm surprised that Viridi didn't come in here and trash my room or break my stuff while I was gone in her fit of rage." Dark Pit mutters to himself as he took a step forward.

He walks over to his bed and falls onto it, sighing.

He lies there for a moment before thinking about Viridi's words to him.

"I'm watching you, one wrong move and you're a dead angel."

Well, there's only one more thing left for him to do now... Don't get caught.
