Siguro dapat ko ng aminin ngayon. Eto na ang tamang panahon. Hindi ko na kaya ilihim pa at itanggi sa sarili ko.

I look at him and as expected he's already looking at me. 

"Can I ask why do you like me?"

He look at me with questioning eyes but he sighed after. "I don't know too Lyle."

"I just know that I like you and I just feel it. I just suddenly feel scared when you're mad and I felt so happy when I'm with you. It feels so empty when we're not together and you're not beside me."

I nodded. They said if someone has a reason why he loves you, It's not love, because they said that love is something you just feel without reason.

"Can you wait?" I asked him.

He nod without any hesitation and smiled. "Of course! No matter how it takes. We're not in a rush and I also want to prove myself to you. Kahit pahirapan mo pako at paghintayin ng matagal. Even if I will take a year, I don't mind. You're worth the wait Lyle."

I pursed my lips. "Really?" 

He nodded. "Kahit utusan mo pakong pagsibakin ka ng kahoy at mangisda dito." itinuro nya ang dagat. "Kung gusto mong haranahin kita gagawin ko at magtatrabaho pako ng maigi para sayo at sating dalawa."

I laughed. "Tss. Sige nga!" hamon ko.

Mayabang syang tumingin sakin. "I'll start tomorrow."

I shook my head and my tears slowly formed in my eyes. I held his chin and make him look at me. When our eyes met, he look shocked because my eyes is watering.  I laughed.

"I know you're wondering why I asked you that question." huminto ako at huminga ng malalaim.

Naluluha ako sa sobrang excited at saya dahil sa sasabihin. "I want you to remember this day Yvan."

He nodded and listen to me. 

I smiled while tears are starting to fall on my face. "On this day, I will let you have my heart. My heart belongs to you now."

He stunned. Slowly, his eyes watered and his nose turned red. I chuckled while tears is falling down my cheeks as I continued. "I let you have it because I trust you... that you will take care of it and you will love me wholeheartedly. Take care of me Yvan. " 

He nodded again and sobbed. "Love me like what you said and I will do the same... with sincerity and commitment." he close his eyes and listen carefully.

"Look at me," I said softly and he did.

I smiled at him and I can hear his sobbed. "You don't have to court me anymore Yvan. You don't need to win my heart... because you already did. You don't need to buy me anything...to impress me... to make me love you." I caress his cheeks and he tried to look at me. "I'm already in love with you. I'm very sure right now that I love you." I let my feelings out and finally, I said it.

He's crying like a baby. Humahagulgol sya kaya nahahawa tuloy ako. I tried to wipe his tears but it's useless because it's pouring so hard.
