Lisa helped Jennie to feel more comfortable around as if like it's her first time staying in her apartment. She badly wanted to make her feel that she is there with her and not going to be alone anymore.

Lisa cooked the ramen like what she was planning to eat for dinner and served it to Jennie. She took the bandages and cream and gently applied it on Jennie's fresh wounds and marks while she eats.

I feel bad for her, seeing all these old scar with a new ones... it hurts me to my soul, though I blame myself too for not ending him that day... it was the hardest decision to make.. Lisa thought in herself as she gently applies the cream, But I promise... I promise to not do the same mistake again.

"There... all done... hoping for a faster healing so you can comfortably sleep on your back.." Lisa happily spoke as she closes the lid of the cream and put it aside along with the bandage.

Jennie slightly smiled, "Thank you..." her voice were low but the sincerity is there, no matter how she knows that Lisa failed her, she still appreciate her for not ending her life, and that she's still around and always ready to help her get away, "Here..." she extended her  hand near Lisa's mouth as she holds a spoon with a warm soup in it, "Take it while it's still warm..." she said in her softest and loving voice like a concerned mother.

Lisa got teary eyed, but managed to smile before she took the spoonful soup, she has the purest soul... how may I be able to forgive myself if you are this kind-hearted innocent human being who wish nothing but for a peaceful life. She gulp the soup at once, then stared at Jennie's natural beauty.

She watched her enjoying the ramen, like nothing happened to her, but Lisa can sense how it pained her right into her soul and bones. You are so good at pretending Jennie...

I'm her only escape... Please, God, help me decide what to do. Lisa thought again.

Lisa and Jennie shared the ramen and as they finished, Jennie only washed her face and brushed her teeth using the toothbrush that Lisa gave her before then she wore the sleepwear.

Lisa gave her a baggy clothes so it won't hurt Jennie's wounds and that she can move freely and comfortable.

Lisa helped Jennie find the most comfortable position she can have, assisting and guiding her to move, "There? Do you feel comfortable? Does it hurt your back?" Lisa worriedly asked as she still didn't let go of her hold.

Jennie nods as she softly chuckles, "Y-Yeah... don't worry, it's not like I'm a disabled person now... it does hurt me but it's tolerable... I'm not as weak as what you think.." Jennie hissed as she rolled her eyes that made Lisa softly chuckles then laid next to hers.

Lisa didn't utter any word, as much as she wanted to be closer to Jennie and hug her, but the feeling and knowing that she's here because of having the same reason why she wanted to die, which a worser one to witness.

Lisa just laid down with a straight body, and her both hands on top of her tummy as she plays with her fingers, staring blankly into the ceiling.

Then a bright small device opened, Jennie took her phone and started using it. Lisa turned her head, felt curious at what she's going to do.

Jennie turned her head at her, "Wanna take pictures with me?" she asks, with a wide smile on her face, "We don't know how long we get to live, so it's better to create a long lasting memory that we can keep..." she added.

Lisa circles her eyes around as she deeply processing what just Jennie said, she's right... if she can put aside all her madness over me, I should put aside mine too since we only got each other's back now...

Lisa moved closer to Jennie, and before the smaller one clicked capture, she spoke that made them both smile brighter, "Smile as if like it's your last day to live.."

Both ended up laughing for how goofy they look at their first picture together, "I love it, and it's better

Both ended up laughing for how goofy they look at their first picture together, "I love it, and it's better." Jennie spoke as they stare at it.

"Can I stare at it too? I need to see it in a clearer view..." Lisa asks since Jennie was the one holding the phone.

Jennie hums, "Hmmm... let me think.." she said as if like she's really thinking, "Okay, here you go!" before she handed her phone to Lisa, the screen automatically locks after a 30 seconds of being untouched.

"Oh it locked..." Lisa said after realizing it.

"It's 0116..." Jennie spilled her passcode even Lisa didn't asked for it.

Lisa was scratching her neck back in her mind, all confused by how Jennie treats her after failing her, she is still the same, but better... more comfortable around her.

She smiled and opened the phone and started staring at their picture.

"Hey... aren't you still sleepy?" Jennie spoke in a sleepy voice, "You've been staring on my phone for like more than an hour... you can just stare at me instead if you wanted to see my face in HD..." she jokingly said as she softly chuckles, "or I shouldn't have just told you the passcode so you're not opening my phone from time to time just to stare at it?" she added.

Lisa chuckles as she locks the phone then put it on the lamp table, "It's better to see it since we are in one frame... something made me feel good as I stare at it... the longer, the better."

Jennie moved closer to Lisa, slowly laid her head onto her shoulder, "Nothing been feels like home whenever I'm with you.... can I just stay here instead? I feel like it's the safest place to stay."

Those words.... the least that Lisa was expecting to hear from a person, especially from Jennie made her go silent.

Jennie stayed still, expecting to Lisa to say anything but didn't. She took a long deep breath then she clicks her tounge, "Okay...."

then she continued, "...if you can't really end my life... like what you were really supposed to do in the first place... will you just stop killing people?" she spoke in a very low voice as she lay her head on Lisa's shoulder, the latter's heavy breathing blows through Jennie's hair, "...since you can't even kill him too.."

Jennie looked up to her, "Let's escape this hell world and forget everything and live together far away...."

They both deeply stared into each other's eyes, but Lisa decided to stay quiet, she can't find the right words to say.

She was stunned by what the girl next to her is saying, she realized and now finally understood how badly desperate she is to escape from everything.

Jennie laid her head comfortably again as she lowered her head down looking away from Lisa's gaze, "You said you don't have anyone... I still don't have any idea about your life but I'm sure I'll get to learn about it all as time will goes by... I can say that because.... I'm willing to stay with you." she spoke full of sincerity.

Then she continued speaking, "My sister hated me but I love her still... she's doing great and Mr. Choi is always there protecting her... My mum's in heaven, my biological dad been missing in action since day one, and my stepdad is an evil....." Then she looked up at Lisa again, "Can't we just live somewhere far and forget about everything? I wanna live a normal life...."

"No one knows your identity except me, right?" Her voice lowered speaking the last word, asking for an assurance, or, more like an expectation. Since she knew that she's a killer, and that she values her identity.

Lisa deeply thinks and took her time to respond, "It's actually not, Jennie."
