"I can't believe this is the last day I have you all to myself." Kholwani sulks.
I turn my gaze at him lazily and back to what I was doing. It was expected of him to behave this way. But at the same time I'm also not eager to leave. My time spent here was awesome. His brother's are pretty cool too. We are heading to that party he kept nagging about. I insisted on staying but he wouldn't here none of it. He is Kholwani Khuzwayo after all.
He throws himself on the bed as I pack up my stuff in advance so that I don't have trouble looking for my stuff tomorrow. I informed Selena to be prepared as we are going straight to my house. It's no secret that I have grown fond of Kholwani now and I think I am slowly falling for him. He sneaks his hands behind my waist and whispers in my ear, "One more week baby?" We both know that is not possible. I can't miss my mom's engagement party, I still have to get my final results and I still have to choose a university I am comfortable with.
"As much as I'd love to, we both know that is not possible." I say caressing his cheek.
He releases a huge sigh and pecks my cheek still in that position. As we slip into comfortable silence. Joylin waltz into the room, her eyes light with excitement and when she notices Kholwani behind me she gives me a mischievous smirk with one hand on her hip. I smile at her because she gives me that I told you so look. This morning the girls were all complaining that Kholwani is clingy, every minute he wants to hold me but I obligated. Now Khowlani is proving them right. In a matter of a few days, everyone is so welcoming. I already feel like family.
"Okay lovers! Moses is impatiently waiting for us all downstairs so may you please hurry up!" Joy beams.
"We'll be down in a sec." He says.
She slightly nods and closes the door. I take a 15 minute shower and do my daily routine. It's pure luck that I came with a dress. One of my best dresses I must say. A sleeveless, lime waist holding dress. I put on my white heels and some lipstick. Kholwani fully dressed, walks towards me. He's dressed casually, making me feel like I'm overdoing it.
"You leaving the house like this?"
" You don't like it?" I ask nervously. I really like this dress.
"Cha sthandwa you look hot! But you also look like you are about steal someone's man too." He jokes.
"And what if I am?" I say pulling his leg.
"Then prepare for his funeral instead."
LOL. Even in heels Kholwani is still tall. I'm not complaining though.
I help him put on his wristwatch and I steal a kiss from him. The smile on his face? Priceless! As we stroll downstairs we are met by a grumpy ass Moses. If he could, his eyes would roll all the way back.
"Finally! I felt like I was waiting for the Lord to come." Moses says raising his hands up dramatically.
We manage to fit into two cars. One black SUV and one Mercedes. Makes me wonder how rich are the Khuzwayo's? Everything in their kitchen is strictly SMEG. That guesthouse must have cost a fortune. I guess I scored myself a blesser! Just kidding. Moses and Rueben are driving since they are the responsible ones out of all the guys. I promise you wherever the Khuzwayo brothers are at, there's always laughter and noise. I was told that they are even louder when there's pap and skopo. Kholwani cracks one joke after another and I've been laughing my ass out throughout the whole drive. We finally reach the party and we all exit the car. The guys lead the way and it's actually a rooftop party. Pretty cool.
The guys are welcomed by some friends and I'm introduced as umkakhe. LOL. They begin feasting on the meat straight from the braai stand. It has to be hot but they munch on it with so much ease. I also help myself but burn in the process. Kholwani chuckles as he notices.
