The next day, Nathan took Matilda around Otranto. She loved each site but she couldn't forget the reason she was in such a beautiful town; Paul.

Paul had already texted Nathan at dawn, the time and place to meet up.

"He's that eager." He said as he showed Matilda the text at the end of the tour "We have just twenty minutes to get ready."

"We should hurry then." She said and was about to leave "Wait a minute Nate, I want to ask you a question." He turned and gave a slight nod as a go ahead "Where did you first meet Uriel?"

He gave a slight smile "At the beach. Actually then it was in her best friend's boyfriend's bar over there."

"Why did you ask?"

"I just felt like. I can see that you really love her." She turned around and walked up the stairs "We should get ready." She called out.

In exactly twenty minutes they were on the road heading to the nightclub "We've got each other on this one." He squeezed Matilda's hand and she nodded before they alighted the car.

She had a ruched long sleeve playsuit on as well as a black blazer jacket with matching pumps.

"I have a feeling that they've been missing us." She said with a smile as she looked over to the couple walking towards her "You're right." He said and ogled Uriel in her white floral corset swing dress "Hey, don't have sex with your eyes."

She playfully hit his chest and they both laughed "Glad you made it even though you're a few minutes late. What happened?"

He shook Nate's hand and hugged Matilda "Nathan is such a good companion...he's the reason why we're late."

"Have you been waiting so long?"

"No, we arrived just a few minutes earlier. Hi." Uriel greeted "Hi." Nathan and Matilda said in unison.

"You said that on purpose." Nate retorted "No. You did it." Paul was at his wit end "LET'S GO IN." He managed in a strangled voice.

He said and took Uriel by her waist, Nathan stopped arguing and Matilda's face fell. "You're right." Nathan said and also took Mattie's waist.

They walked into the club with their partners "I've already reserved a few bottles of Tequila for us." Paul announced and led them to a reserved area  "Cool." Matilda said looking around "This night club is lit."

"Yeah. I'll join the dancefloor." Uriel stood up "I think I'll come too. Mattie are you up for that?" She shook her head "Perhaps later tonight but not now. Go on. Enjoy yourself."

Uriel had started dancing before Nathan came along "Nice moves you got there." He said  "I'm surprised your girlfriend didn't join you." She said with clear irritation in her voice "She didn't feel like it."

Uriel's heart was just about to crack, he didn't even deny that Matilda was his girlfriend, she thought he had come back to win her heart. Turns out he was just kidding and her instincts were right.

"Uriel?" She felt herself being shaken "Huh?" She blinked "You've just been there. I've been calling you for a while now. Are you okay?"

"Yeah. It's just a sign of pregnancy." She joked.

"WHAT!!!" He gushed "You can't be pregnant. Who's the father, we're you raped?"

"Calm down Nate. I wasn't raped, you can ask Paul...it's been some weeks now since we found out and only my aunt, best friend and cousin know you're the fourth to find out. Lucky you."

"But...you don't love him. How can you be pregnant with his child all of a sudden."

"It's our decision to have a baby. Look Nate." She sighed "Feelings change just like yours. Look at you and Matilda, all lovey dovey." She said and shrugged her shoulders.

"You're lying aren't you Uriel?" He narrowed his eyes at her, he needed to get a drink and cool off soon cause if this was true someone was going to have to die.

She bursted out in laughter "You should have seen your face."

"You're jealous." She stopped.

"Why would I? I'll be getting married in a week's time Nate. I have nothing to be jealous of...You love Matilda and I'm into Paul."

"You don't have to keep reminding me of your upcoming loveless wedding. You don't have to worry about Matilda. She's just a close friend."

"Yeah right."

"I'm not kidding babe. I'm all for you." He added

" I don't have time for your sweet talking. Don't feed me with lies." She answered "I'm happy for you." She poked his side "Stop it or else you'll find yourself naked in the women's bathroom right now."

"Trying to rape me?" She raised a brow "I'll scream if you try that." He drew closer to her with a smug on his face "We both know how well you scream babe I can tolerate it and let's make that baby joke a reality." Her breath hitched and he noticed "But I didn't say anything about rape. You'll give yourself willingly to me." He reluctantly pulled back.

"You are quite a talker."

"But I intend to keep my word. Should we try it now?" He whispered and she shivered

"Is he giving you any trouble? A guy came up to them obviously vying for her attention "No. It's fine."

"Are you sure about that?"

"She said she's fine dude. You're speaking to her boyfriend not some horny stranger who wants to harrass any beautiful lady he sets his eyes on."

The man was still not convinced "Is he your boyfriend?"  Uriel looked up at him "He's not lying." She answered "If you say so. Have a nice night." He replied and walked off reluctantly "He's just looking for some attention."

"Like the man in front of me."

"At least I'm not hiding it....The difference between I and your fiance is that I'm looking only for your attention." He paused and pecked her cheeks "But Paul..."

"He's having a nice time himself. Come on let's dance." He took her hand.

Some minutes past midnight and they were reluctant to go home "How was your tour around town?" Uriel directed the question at Matilda "It was good. Nate should really be a tour guide if the whole CEO thing doesn't end up working for him."

She and Nathan chuckled and Uriel clenched her fists while Paul's jaw tightened.

"I'm sure you had a nice tour but I'll prefer that Nathan sticks to his CEO position."

"Too bad. He really kept me entertained." At that, Uriel took a glass of water "Are you guys free tomorrow?" Matilda suddenly asked and Nathan gave her a curious look.

"I would love for the four of us to go to the beach tomorrow, sounds good?"

"Yes, it's perfect." Uriel replied and her phone distracts her "Excuse me. I have to take this."

"Sure."

She returns some minutes later "Is something up?" Paul asked "Not really. Olga just wanted to discuss the bachelorette plans." Nathan looked away

"It's when?" Mattie gathers the courage to ask "The day after tomorrow." She said quietly as though reconsidering her decision.

"Can I come?" The two men were clearly shook when Mattie asked that "Yes. You are invited."  They exchanged phone numbers "I'll send you the details." Uriel looked up at Nathan for a while since the last time they danced together, he stared back at her but she looked away.

"I haven't asked. How's Olga?" Nathan asked "She's fine."

"I think we should go home now. My parents are coming tomorrow and we definitely don't want to show up at the beach exhausted."

"When are they coming tomorrow?"

"In the evening. I and Uriel will pick them from the airport. You're both welcome to come join us."

"I think we'll leave you both to that." Paul and Uriel stood up "Have a good night."

"You too. Don't forget our dates okay?" Nathan called out.
