2 months later

Paul and Matilda wedded in a simple ceremony in one of Paul's estates. The vow ceremony were in attendance of only family and close friends.

A week after Paul proposed, his family and Matilda flew back to the states.

Some days later, Nathan and his folks were ready to leave but not without Uriel. She had a hard time saying goodbye but she was leaving for love. She, Ashley and Regina chatted online everyday when Nathan was away at work, it was almost as though they were still together, all thanks to technology.

Nathaniel served as the best man and Uriel as the maid of honour, the reception was full of guests unlike the vow ceremony. All business partners, investors and employees were in attendance. They partied for the rest of the day even past midnight.

A couple of days after Paul's wedding, Nathan was ready to move on in life. He was ready for the next step.

He asked Uriel to get ready for dinner outside but she insisted on making dinner instead to which he reluctantly agreed.

She thought it was a good idea to set the table in the garden and watch the starts while eating and immediately set to work.

She got ready by 9pm and wondered why Nathaniel wasn't home yet. Brushing it off her mind, she set the candles carefully got felt comfortable in a lilac jersey high neck crop top and jeans.

Just as she set the last candle down, she felt a tickling sensation and gasped "Nate!!!" She scowled "Sorry, I thought it was nice to surprise you." He turned to look at the table "Looks like you surprised me instead."

"I'll get dinner, you wait here Mr Montez." She kissed his cheeks and left to get the roasted chicken thighs with herb butter and Salisbury steak that she prepared "Looks and smells great." He said as she served him

"Hope it tastes just as great as you say."

"I don't mind, see." He tasted it "GREAT!!!" She chuckled "So, how was work?" They kicked off their conversation from there

"Uriel, I love you so much baby and I want to ask you a question." He went down on one knee and she knew what was coming.

"You literally took my breath away when I saw you a few years back and you still do that to me love ...make me the happiest man alive and say you'll marry me. Will you marry me Uriel?"

She nodded "I'll marry you. Yes." He stood up and got her hand, kissed the back of it and glammed it up with white diamond silver ring.

She had it coming, a month ago on his birthday, she got him a split silver ring, he remembered clearly whispering in her ear "It's only a matter of time till I get you one." He smiled at the memory as she reminded him.

"I love you a lot ." She whispered in his ear as she embraced him and pulled back to give him a kiss which turned hungry and passionate within seconds "You're really hungry, aren't you?"

"Is it that obvious?" He asked between kisses "We'll clean up tomorrow let's have our fill first."

He took her hand and left her into the house.
