Waling through the commercial districts of Vale, you're stuck in your own mind. Regarding the conversation between your father, uncle, Ozpin, James and yourself. Along with the brief chat with Winter in the elevator. In fact, your mind refuses to focus on the other things and chooses to prioritise her.

Winter- I just want to make sure you're safe, is all.

Ruby- Cole, any ideas on where we should grab lunch?

Winter- Just promise me!

Ruby- Cole?

Winter- Okay. Thank you, Cole. Bye.

Ruby- Cole!

You perk up and jolt in shock.

Cole- What?

Ruby- I asked where you think we should get lunch! Are you okay? You've been quiet since you got out of your suit and stuff.

Cole- Oh. Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking about work, is all.

Yang- Did something happen in the meeting? You look worried.

Cole- Not really. Just general discussions about inter-kingdom relations due to the current situation. Nothing fancy and nothing answered.

Pyrrha- Are the kingdoms facing relational issues?

Cole- Eh, from what James told me, there was a firefight. Apparently the kingdoms combined an assault force and attacked an Atlesian facility. No clue why, though.

Ren- That's very odd. Do you know what was being held at the facility?

Cole- From what I was told, it was a site used for tracing military vessels and a general vehicle maintenance station.

Ruby- Ooh! What if it was a super secret lab or something!? Do you know if Atlas is making cool robots, Cole!?

Cole- What? Uh, Atlas already has cool robots. Have you seen the Paladin? It's frickin' amazing.

Blake- That thing is ugly and clunky.

Cole- You haven't seen that thing in battle, it's wild.

Yang- Actually we have.

Cole- Uh... No, you haven't? It's still a prototype.

Weiss- We actually did.

Ruby- Torchwick stole one and used it at a White Fang rally. We had to fight him while he piloted it.

Cole- One was stolen? That's not good. Does James know?

Ruby- No clue if Ozpin told him or not.

Cole- Hm. I'll check with him later.

Yang- C'mon, Cole. Loosen up a bit. We're here to enjoy the day and relax.

Cole- I'm relaxed. I'm fine.

You tense up as she starts rubbing your shoulders and giving you a massage. With a grunt, you pull away.

Yang- Dude, I'm trying to be nice and help you relax. Can you just enjoy the day?

Cole- I'm not exactly relaxed around you, Yang. Call it experience.

The comment visibly hurts Yang, as she looks downcast and moves back a bit.

Yang- Uh, yeah, sorry bro. I'll uh, stop pestering you.
