Winter- I'm just glad you're back. You were out for days. And then as soon as you wake up, you lock yourself in a lab for nearly two days straight and come out screaming eureka.

Cole- I know, Winter. I'm sorry. I don't know what happened. There must have been some form of time dilation. I should have expected it.

Winter- No, no it's okay. It's not your fault. Did you at least get what you needed to?

Cole- I did, and even more.

Winter- Even more?

You look around the cafeteria and hum.

Cole- We should take this to James' office. It's safer there.

Winter- Okay.

You both get up, and you pass the Ace Ops as you go.

Elm- Doc! You're awake!

She gives you her signature bear hug, then drops you.

Cole- Hey guys. What are you up to right now?

Clover- We're headed to lunch. What about you two?

Winter- We are about to share Cole's discoveries with the General.

Cole- Wanna come with?

Marrow- Is that allowed?

Cole- If Winter can know, you can know. Come on.

They follow you both, and you reach James' office. Knocking, you hear footsteps crossing the room.

Winter- Odd. He usually just says come in.

Cole- Yeah.

It opens, revealing James. He seems nervous, though. And he's sweating a surprising amount.

James- Cole, Winter, Ace Ops... to what do I owe the visit?

Glancing at the others, you look at James.

Cole- I... came to share my discoveries... are you okay?

James- Yes, yes, quite alright. Very good, in fact.

There's silence as you both stare at each other.

Cole- ...

Core. I need a favour.

"I know of what a favour is. What is your request?"

Can you check James' office for anyone else?

"There is one other in there. A woman. You know her as Glynda Goodwitch. She is behind the door. Does that help?"

It does, yes. Thank you kindly.

Cole- James. It's okay. Glynda can come out.

He grimaces.

James- How did you-

Cole- I kind of have a celestial avatar in my head, y'know.

He swallows, making an audible gulping sound. Almost in a comical way. He opens the door wider, and moves aside.

Harriet- What was that about a celestial avatar?

Cole- I'll tell you in a bit.

You all walk in, and you clear your throat.

Cole- You can stop hiding behind the door, Glynda. We're not spilling any tea around here.

Glynda- It is not what you think it is.
