Standing in the main terminal of Spaceport Nova, you pace back and forward, feeling impatient and excited.

James- I haven't seen you this excited before, Cole.

You stop and look at James.

Cole- Sorry James. I've just missed Winter, is all.

James- So I hear.

Cole- Pardon? How do-

James- Clover, obviously.

Cole- That son of a bitch.

James- Cole, it's alright. There's no need to worry. In fact, I'm quite happy that you feel that way about Winter.

Cole- You're not bothered by it at all?

James- Who am I to get in the way of a potential couple? I'm just a soldier, after all.

Sighing, you nod.

Cole- I don't want to make a fool of myself. I've got zero experience with this crap.

James- I feel safe saying that Winter is in the same boat. In fact, there she is.

You spin around and spot Winter walking towards you both.

Cole- Winter!

You jog over to her, and she smiles and does the same.

Winter- Cole, it's good to see you in person again.

Cole- I've missed actually talking to you. It's been ages.

Winter- It has, yes...

Cole- Are you okay?

To your surprise, she pulls you into a tight hug. Nowhere near as strong as Penny, but still strong nevertheless.

Cole- O-oh! Is everything alright, Winter?

Winter- I've just... really missed you, Cole.

You slowly hug her in return.

Cole- I missed you a real lot, too. Thanks for coming home.

Winter- Thank you for keeping your promise and not getting hurt.

You both let go, and you clear your throat and rub the back of your head.

Cole- Well, um, welcome home. Do you want to go and get some lunch or dinner or something?

Winter- I do feel a bit peckish, yes... perhaps we could go to a spot in Atlas?

Cole- Yeah! That works... um, we'll figure out where on the way?

Winter- Agreed.

James- Welcome home, Winter. It's good to see you again.

She salutes, and James returns it.

Winter- The new security chief has taken my place, sir.

James- That's good. I'm giving you both a month of leave while the finishing touches are added to the new compound.

You nod in thanks. And he smiles and gestures towards the car.

James- Now, you two go have a good day. I need to do some things here before noon.

Winter- Thank you sir.

The both of you get into the car.

Winter- Atlas proper, driver.

Chauffeur- Yes Lieutenant.

Cole- Do you have a particular spot in mind that you eat from?

Winter- Not really. I don't each much outside of work.
