Last session was nearly an hour over the limit. Damn, I need to keep that in check.

James- How are you sleeping? Any headaches still?

Cole- A little pain behind the eyes, but overall healed.

James- Good. I'm glad. I trust you won't let this happen too often?

Cole- I'll try my hardest.

Shifting your footing, you hum.

James- Something on your mind?

Cole- I've been having strange thoughts, regarding Salem and Ozpin.

He looks over, his eyes narrowing.

James- Go ahead.

Cole- They're rather ridiculous, but alright... what if Salem isn't the villain in this story, James?

"This is a risk."

I'm well aware. I need this closure.

James- What makes you think that?

Cole- I... guess it's just this feeling I have. This sense of dread. It's something worse than the thought of Grimm, admittedly.

James- Ozpin?

You nod, and he sighs and walks over.

James- Speak your mind, I'll listen.

Cole- I know Ozpin died. You and I were both there, we brutalised the man. But... with the knowledge that things like magic and witches and shit exist, is it too bold to assume that Ozpin had some sort of backup? Like, he's been buried, yeah. But what if his spirit can pass on to someone?

James- Reincarnation, you mean?

Cole- Exactly. But instead of like being reborn, he's put with a living breathing person... It's like that book I saw Blake reading once, about a man with two souls fighting for control. Did you know if Ozpin could do anything like that?

James- No. However, I know Ozpin was... well, gifted. He had magic, just as Salem does. 

Cole- But we can't rule out that he COULD possibly reincarnate, right?

James- We cannot. Though I fail to see how this implies Salem as a hidden ally.

Cole- Ozpin was the one that told you about Salem, right? What if that was just a cover? What if he pinned Salem as the villain so he could gain control.

James- Hm, it's a provoking thought, but the undeniable fact is that the Grimm are under her control.

Cole- Yeah... I guess you're right. It was a stupid idea, my bad.

James- I appreciate your thoughts, Cole. But leave Salem to me. I can handle her now that Atlas has control.

Cole- But-

Glynda- James!

Clover- Sir!

The professor and operative rush into the room.

Clover- Taiyang and the students have disappeared! Summer, too!

Cole- What!?

James- Find them! Lockdown the city! I want every eye looking for them!

They both run out, and you look to James.

James- Go, get Winter and Yang in. I'm assigning you an operative squad and aerial transport. Try and find them.
