James- Glynda, what's your status?

Glynda- We're about three kilometres out from the border. But we've got Vale mantas and APC's on our tail.

James- Okay. We're going to meet you. Head to the coordinates I just sent you.

Glynda- You'd better have some good armour, James. Ozpin wants us dead if he can't capture us.

James- That won't happen. Get ready.

The doors on the manta open and you take a deep breath.

Winter- Remember not to do any fancy and big moves. You don't want to tear open the stitches.

Cole- I think I'd prefer a bit of bleeding to a bullet, Winter.

She smacks the back of your head gently.

Winter- Don't get sassy, Cole.

Cole- I know, I know. I'm just being silly.

James- One minute out. Get ready.

Closing your eyes and focusing, you bring your hands together.

Cole- Hope this works. I've never made a black hole this size before.

James- We have to try.

Pilot- General! Allies sighted!

He looks out the door and nods.

Winter- And there's the Vale airships.

James- Okay. Focus, Cole.

Cole- Shush!

Qrow PoV

Several Atlas dropships release Paladins, and you drive past them and park by a landed Bullhead.

Qrow- Everyone out! We gotta move!

Climbing out and drawing Harbinger, you keep your front towards the Vale forces and Paladins as Glynda helps her family into the Bullhead.

James- Qrow, Glynda, hold on tight!

Suddenly, the light around the area seems to be sucked away as a massive black sphere is launched from the side of the hovering Atlesian manta. You drive Harbinger into the ground and dig your heels in as you feel yourself being pulled in.

What the hell kinda weapon is that!?

The Paladins release hooks into the ground, keeping them stable. While the sphere lifts the Vale APC's into the air and sends them spinning away.

Wait, that's gravity. That means it's the kid.

The Valean mantas try to veer away, but fail to escape the moving sphere. They get pulled in, and slam into each other.

Glynda- Qrow!

You throw out your hand and catch Glynda as she nearly flies past you.

Glynda- What is that!?

Qrow- It's Cole!

The sphere suddenly disappears, and the wreckage of the vehicles fall to the ground. The area is lit up once again.

James- Are you two alright?

The General's voice comes through your scroll.

Qrow- Yeah, we're fine. Can't say the same for those fuckers.

The manta lands, and James leaps out with Cole and Winter.

James- It's damn good to see you again, Qrow.
