Hope you don't mind that I gave her my own back story. If you do, tell me and I'll delete this chapter and write a different version
Jane was very upset at the fact that they were lost. And the fact that she had to drive longer. But, they broke into a nearby Starbucks and got some coffee. Jane got about 10 Carmel frappes and was drinking and driving.
Soon enough, there were two left. She looked over at Brooke, who was sitting up front with her. She was silently crying. Jane made a sorry face and tapped Brooke.
"Hey, you want one?" She asked offering Brooke some coffee. Brooke wiped her eyes and smiled, taking the drink.
"What's wrong?" Jane asked. Brooke sniffled before answering.
"Its just...me and my sister would always break into Starbucks. Even before I was a creepypasta." Brooke explained, slightly smiling. Jane nodded.
"What...happened to her?" Jane asked, then quickly added, "if you don't mind me asking." Brooke sighed quietly before answering.
"When I first started getting into creepypasta work, my family saw it as demonic. They were Christian. My mom would always threaten to send me away. But my sister, Reese, she was so...accepting. She didn't judge me. I don't know if she liked it but...she didn't judge. She was the only person I had. When I got into creepypasta training, my first task was to kill a family. My trainer suggested my family. When I refused, he said I wouldn't be able to be a creepypasta. Ever. I really wanted to but...my family...long story short, I killed my sister. My father. My mother. All of them. It got me boosted up a level in training but...I was never the same." Broke had started crying. Jane had started crying, too. The whole time she was switching between looking at the road and looking at Brooke.
"Brooke...I'm so sorry they made you do that." Jane apologized, "I never went through training. It was offered to me but I didn't take it. But Jeff killed my parents anyway. I don't think I could've done what you did. That takes guts." Jane smiled. Brooke smiled back.
"Wait...Jeff killed your parents?"
"Yup. But I forgave him. I mean, I did try to kill him for a few years. Then we started dating, then--"
"You used to date Jeff?!" Brooke interrupted enthusiastically. Jane chuckled.
"It makes sense." Brooke smiled.
"What does?"
"You and Jeff. I figured you guys were married when I first heard about you. Ya know, Jane the killer, Jeff the killer."
"Whatever, I was Jane before he was Jeff." They both laughed.
"Wait, how old are you?" Jane asked.
"14."
"You don't look 14."
"I get that a lot."
They laughed again.

About an hour had passed and they were still driving. But Jane and Brooke were awake and full of energy. They were up front laughing and telling stories.
"Hey, brooke?" Jane said.
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for sharing with me."
"No problem.." Brooke smiled.
"I think you'll fit into the house fine...."
