Later on in the day Jeff and Ben and hoodie were playing the Xbox. Jane made a sandwich, but with a sorry face.
"Give me a second, you fucks." Jeff laughed coming into the kitchen. He noticed Jane and immediately stopped in his tracks.
"Jane? What's wrong? What did that sandwich say?!" Jeff said clutching his fist at the sandwich that sat on the plate. Jane hit Jeff in his arm.
"Squidward has been in his room all year." Jane said, resting her head on her hand and circling the sandwich with a knife.
"He's always in his room, Jane." Jeff said.
"Yeah but still, but it just doesn't seem right. Remeber what it was like to move him out the old house? I wanna try to talk to him." Jane straightened up and took the sandwich up stairs.
She put her head against Squidward's bedroom door. She carefully, and gently knocked on his door.
"Hey, Squidward? I brought you a sandwich." She called. There was No response but there was a slight sigh. Jane opened the door and sat the sandwich on the floor.
Squidward's room was a wreck. His blinds and curtains were shut not much light was coming through into the room. All his clothes were all over the place. His blanket was hanging off his bed and his sheets were stained with blood.
Jane looked around for Squidward and saw him in a corner of his room. Squidward had his hands over his face. He quickly uncovered his face and stared right into Jane's eyes. His eyes stained Jane's apperance. Jane squealed and shut the door quickly. Jane rested her back on the door and sighed heavily. She then sunk down to the floor and ran her fingers through her hair. Masky came down the hallway in a green sweatshirt and grey sweatpants with black short socks, the same as Jane is wearing.
"Hey, jane. Any luck?" Mask asked kneeling down in front of her.
"No, I just can't." She said playing with her hair. "His eyes give me a feeling that I don't like. And when he looks at me, I can't take it and so I leave. But at least I know he's eating."
Masky and Hoodie were walking up the stairs when they heard a door open and then slam shut. They jogged up the rest of the way and saw a empty plate a short distance from Squidward's door....
