Here's another Diane and Sally thing ;)
Diane was in the kitchen with sally; the younger propped up on the counter as Diane cleaned her cuts and bruises.
"You've got a few scars." Diane commented.
"Just put a band aid on them." Sally smiled. Diane smacked her lips and chuckled, causing sally to twist her lips.
"Scars aren't like scratches, sal. They don't go away. Luckily you've only got a few." Diane explained.
"They're the same thing."
"What are?"
"Scratches and scars."
"No, they're not. Scratches heal. Scars heal, but don't go away."
"Oh....."
They were quiet, as usual. Diane smiled up at Sally.
"Here, look." Diane pointed with her nose at Sally's arm, "this is where you said he cut you with a knife right?" Sally nodded, "Doing that created a scar. Its not gonna go away, but it is gonna heal."
Sally looked down at her arm and inspected her scar.
"Will it make me look weird?" She asked.
"No way! Scars are good for reputation."
"What's repetition?"
"Reputation. And its like... The general beliefs about someone."
"Huh...?"
"Nevermind..."
They were quiet, and they stayed that way for a few moments as Diane continued to wrap Sally's wounds and other injuries.
"Hey Diane?" Sally said softly. Diane raised her eyebrows as if to say "what?"
"Do you have any scars?" Diane froze. She stood up on her hind legs and moved her straight, pink hair back behind her ear, revealing a long scar that went down the side of her face. Sally stared in awe. Diane sent back to her regular form, knocking her hair back in place.
"Does anybody know you have that scar?" Sally asked, still staring in the scars direction.
"No. Well...pinkie pie does. Hell, she gave it to me." Diane murmured. Sally twisted her lip.
"What do you mean she gave it to you?" Sally asked. Diane sighed, slightly in annoyance.
"I'll tell you tomorrow, kiddo."
"Promise?"
"Promise."
"Ok...."
