"Brine, just calm down!" Ben squealed in slight terror. Herbrine was completely out of control right now. And its the fifth time this week that he's gotten flat out rage lust drunk. Ben felt like his wife. He would come home, insanely intoxicated, and beat Ben like a child.
It kept him awake at night. Ben didn't want to deal with the abuse from a guy he's barely known 2 years, but he didn't want to go back to that house. Yeah, there's sally, and Jeff, and Jane, and of course Hoodie. But, Ben couldn't stand to be in the same house as masky or Toby. And the sight of laughing Jack's dog made him boil with anger, and he didn't have a valid reason as to why.
He'd lay awake at night and weep. Praying that this would end soon. That something would happen and that he would be ok. Somewhere, where he could feel ok. Ok and safe. Safe and loved. Loved and trusted. He had so many priorities it was insane.
He didn't expect any of them to happen soon; or ever. But he'd lay here and drown in his own tears before he stepped foot back in that house with masky again.

Run. That's all Ben had on his mind. Run. Run. Run. Run! Ben had no intentions on looking back at the burning house, or to see if the enraged ghost like man was chasing him at any rate. He was quick. Quick and swift. But his abilities weren't on his mind. They were just ready when he needed them. So he kept running. Like his heart and soul demanded.
It had all happened too fast. It was too much, too subtle, too quick. The house seemed to spontaneously combust, but Ben knew the flying, burning, steaming hot pan hitting the sheets, napkin sheets, and other flammable objects was his fault. Or was it? He came at Ben; like a wild animal. And Ben wasn't having any of it tonight. So he defended himself. Setting the attackers house on fire in the process.
After realizing his crime he decided to run. Not caring whether herobrine was dead or not. Not caring about him coming after him. Caring only about getting to safety. Quickly.
Oh so quickly.

And now he felt like trash. Street trash. Like an abandoned puppy. He threw his fist towards the wall once more, and cursed loudly afterwards.
He was under a bridge somewhere. There were flickering lights and a little canal behind him. The concrete wall he'd been punching now was scarred with a little fist shaped hole. He stared down at his knuckles. Staring at the newly exposed white meat and bloody tears in his hand. Staring at them made him more mad, and he swung around to strike the wall again.
"FUCKING--" Ben screamed, slightly wincing at the pain. He was crying tears of anger and confusion. It was so cold out that he could've sworn his tears were sticking to his face. He turned around and punched at the wall multiple times. This time, not cussing, or whining, or crying afterwards. He just fell. Fell on his back. His long, dimmer golden locks falling over the ledge to the water and settling inside. He realized that his hair would be wet but he didn't care.
"Hey!" He heard a voice yell. He shot up, seeing a gang of boys, slightly older looking, walking towards him. He swiftly jumped to his feet, slowing the boys a little bit.
"What'cha doin' out here, lil boy?" One of them teasingly cooed. Ben stared at them, not making a sound. And they got closer.
"Awwww, is someone scared?" One of them hummed as he ruffled Ben's hair. As soon as his greasy fingers touched Ben's hair, he snapped. Hw was already full of rage and completely unstable. His eyes began to fade, into black holes with small red pupils. The boy's arm was snatched in a blink of an eye and he was thrown sideways multiple feet, landing dead in the center of the canal. The rest of the group stared in awe and terror. Green and blue circuits flashed around each of the remaining boys bodies. And through all of them they fell backwards in the bright, wide, computerized warp hole. There were screams of utter fear and pleas of names he didn't recognize. After hearing enough of their yells Ben closed the warp hole, picked up his hat, and walked away.
