Rosé's POV:
I heard the front door close and I screamed into my pillow. My heart was racing like crazy and I could barely breath, mostly because I was face planted on my pillow.

I heard my bedroom door squeak open and Jan was smirking at the doorway.
"I'm assuming that went well?" Said Jan.
"She kissed me on my cheek." I squealed.
Jan rolled her eyes in response.
"That's it? Let me know when you guys make out."
"JANICE!" I screamed as I chased Jan around the house.

The next day...

I walked into the hallway and Denali was at her locker. She was frowning as she took her books out.
"Hey baby!" Said Tony obnoxiously loud. He wrapped his arms around Denali and spun her around.

"Hey..." She replied dryly.
Tony grabbed her face and smashed his lips against hers. Denali pulled back and closed her locker with a loud bang.
"I'll see you at lunch?" Asked Tony.
"Yup..." Denali breathed.

Denali sighed with relief when Tony and his friends left her alone.
"Nali!" I said as I ran up to her.
"Hi Rosie." She replied.
"What was that about?"
"I-it's nothing." Denali stammered.
She quickly paced away and left me alone.

"What just happened?" Said a voice. I turned around and I was faced with Denali's other friends. Olivia, Kahmora and Gottmik. "Did you hear me?" Said Gottmik impatiently.

"Oh uh- I'm actually not quite sure what you said sorry..." I replied.
"You're friends with Denali right?" Said Kahmora.
"Yeah? Why?"
"We wanted to invite you to have lunch with us." Said Olivia smiling.

"I'm sorry?" I said.
"We're inviting you to eat lunch with us today." Said Kahmora. The three along with Denali were extremely popular. I often avoid the three since I didn't have much of a reputation compared to them.

"Why would you invite me?"
"Because any friend of Denali's, is our friend too." Said Olivia.
"Plus we know you have a huge crush on her." Gottmik giggled.

"W-what?! I do not!"
"Jan told us, she's your sister right?" Said Kahmora.
"Ugh! Jan is such a blabbermouth."
"We lied. You just confirmed our suspicions." Olivia giggled. I slapped my hand over my mouth and turned red from absolute embarrassment.

"Will we see you at lunch?" Said Gottmik.
"Uh... sure."
The three smiled before they strutted away.
This was such a weird day so far and I haven't even gone to my first class.

A few hours later...

I reluctantly walked into the cafeteria and the girls were waving at me with warm smiles on their faces.
"Rosé! Join us!" Yelled Gottmik.
I nodded and ran up to their table. I decided to sit next to Olivia.

"Hi." I smiled.
"Let's get down to business, how are you going to ask Denali out?" Said Gottmik.
"I- I don't think I'm doing that anytime soon."
"She's literally obsessed with you, I'm sure she would say yes." Said Kahmora.
"But she's dating Tony."
"Oh yeah... I thought they broke up last week." Said Kahmora.
"I thought they broke up last month." Said Gottmik.

"From what I've seen and what Denali has told me, Tony is a terrible boyfriend. I wonder why they haven't broken up." Olivia pointed behind us and Denali was wrapped in Tony's arms as he and his friends were laughing hysterically.

Denali had the most uncomfortable expression on her face. I saw as she attempted to escape Tony's grasp, but Tony only held her tighter.
The other three started to discuss a group project for their history class, but I continued to look at Denali.

She soon caught my eye and she gave me a look. A sort of look that said 'help me'. I nodded and excused myself from the group. I ran up to Denali and Tony's group.

"Hey Denali." I said.
"Hi Rosie." Replied Denali.
"Nali, could you please help me with my hair?"
"Of course." Tony let go of Denali and quickly kissed her on her cheek.

"I'll see you later." Said Tony as Denali walked up to me. Denali sighed as the two of us walked into the bathroom.
"Are you okay, Denali?" I asked as I closed and locked the door.
"I don't even know at this point..." Denali breathed.
"What's going on? Did you try to break up with Tony?"
"I really did, you saw how that turned out."
"Why are you two still together? You're clearly extremely unhappy and uncomfortable."
"Tony is threatening me."

I gasped and held Denali's hands tightly.
"Nali..."
Denali's eyes went glassy and a single tear fell from her eye. She snaked her arms around my waist and started to sob into my shoulder.
"H-he knows s-something about me. Something that I can't let anyone else know."
