Again

“Oh, you're here again.” I said, totally drunk.

“Why are you still going to this place? Last time if I it wasn't me who's with you maybe something will happen.” Gremory continued to scold me as if he's my mother.

I smirked, “yeah, something happened between us!”

I can hear my heartbeat who's loud enough to hear, Gremory’s breathing.
I saw a piece of paper on the table. I felt dizzy with the mere sight of it. “A contract.” He said as he notice my stares. “Just signed and I'll keep my promise to help you, I'll provide you all the information you wanted in illegal or legal way just comprise to let me stay,” he said after three days since that confrontation we had..

And because I wasn't myself that time I took the pen without any consultation and found myself scribbling something. “D..Done!”

I wasn't prepared. Paano?

I visited the hospital and found out I'm pregnant. How I'm gonna deal with this situation? My upcoming drama is around the corner, my planned revenge that was started now that I have a little one I'm afraid to risk. Hindi lang ang buhay ko ang nakataya, dalawa kami.

I cried with mix happiness and sadness. Happy that a blessing came on my life but in the wrong time, sad because I might put my angel's life at stake.  Kung ako lang mag-isa ay kaya ko pero paano na ngayong buntis ako?

Hinablot nito ang sigarilyong itatapon ko na sana. I was about to threw those cigarettes I had but he interfere. “This is bad for your health!” Bigla nitong ani.

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin dahil sa pagkainis na naramdaman. “Shut your fuckin mouth,” I hissed at him. “Don’t you order me around.” I threw my most hateful glare at him.

What a total bummer!

Gremory looked at me with a irritation. “Kailan ka pa natututong manigarilyo? You're a woman for pete’s sake!”

Inis kong ibinato’t inapakan ang sigarilyong kasisindi ko pa lamang. “Eh, ano ngayon?! Babae o lalaki pwedeng manigarilyo kaya pwede ba manahimik ka!” I hate him, I hate how our paths continue to tie us together.

He held my arm in a gentle way pulling me closer to him. “You might be pregnant with my child!”

Lalong nag-init ang aking ulo sa narinig mula sakanya. “I’m not! You're weak so I'm not expecting nor experiencing difficulties after that night! Walang mabubuntis at manganganak! Kaya tigilan mo na ako!” Yes, I lied. I can't tell him that his words were right.

Gremory’s change angered me. Akala niya porket may nangyari sa amin ay may karapatan siyang lumapit aa akin at umasta na para bang close kami? Can't he fucking understand the definition of ‘fucking’ and ‘one night stand’? “You’re not sure about that! Can't you be more careful? Pregnant or not still, stop using cigarettes!”

I laughed sarcastically, “you know Gremory quit this crap. If you're worrying that I might be pregnant and will bother and chase the hell out just for you to take the responsibility then I won't. Kung mabubuntis man ako o ano ‘wag kang mag-alala, siguraduhin kong sa eksaktong oras na ilabas ko ang bata burado ka na sa buhay namin.” He went silent.

Silence embrace us that made the whole night more complicated than it is. I have too much things on my plate right now, this stupid guy pestering me for whatsoever reason. Can't my life get even worse? Napatingin ako sakanya ng galit nitong hinawakan ang kanyang sentido habang madilim na nakatitig sa akin, Gremory flashed a sinister smile while leaning closer. “Ano ba! Can’t you give me some space?!” I complained.
