"Jusht gib me a minute." You said with the hairpins being held in your mouth. "Emma, pash me a hayrbush."
She nodded and tossed one into your right hand so you could tie Hina's hair back. "And... done! Man, you have more hair than I thought."
"Sorry, was it difficult?"
"No way. Not as difficult as trying to get that damn Baji's hair in place. It's like his very own superpower. Head up." Hina tilted her head up and you helped her with her mascara. "Your eyelashes are pretty long already. Why do you need this?"
"I just think it looks better."
"Alright..." You closed the mascara and tilted your head from side to side so you could see how it looks. "Okay, it's looking good. Emma-chan, what about you?"
She opened her eye and looked at you. "Is it even?" You tilted your head. "Um, actually, it contrasts to your kimono. Come here."
You helped her remove the eyeshadow and picked up a pallet with colours similar to her skin tone. "Try not to look too fancy. Besides, Draken fell in love with you without your makeup, so you'll be fine."
Her cheeks turned rosy and you gave her a warm smile. "And... done. Here." You lifted up a small mirror and she held it. "Oh! It does look more natural."
"See? I told you!"
Hina leaned over. "I didn't think you'd be someone that's good at make up, Y/N-chan."
"My mom taught me. Her and dad always went to fancy parties and stuff so it's kind of hard to not pick up the skill." You zipped up the make up bag. "My dad also had my step sister about three years ago, and I wanted to know how to do girly stuff so that we'd we friends. We never ended up meeting, though."
"Oh... sorry."
"It's fine. I got to get pictures with the guys in make up in the end, so it's all good."
Emma looked over your shoulder at your camera as you showed her different pictures of the boys, the two of you laughing as you ever so often you pointed out a little beauty mark or something on their faces.
"Emma-chan." Hina began as the three of you walked, your headphones connected to your iPod. "Y/N... why does she do that?"
"Do what?"
"I don't know, it's just that she says something about herself that makes people feel bad, but the moment they show it, she just brushes it off and makes a joke."
Emma sighed and put her hand on Hina's shoulder. "She doesn't like it when people feel bad about her. She was always taught that it was a weakness. I'm not sure if all the details, but being around boys all the time, it's kind of something that she does naturally, since they don't talk about "
Hina looked at you as your head slightly nodded to the music playing in your headphones. "I see."
