My stomach started doing summersaults as he inches closer and closer to me. Time seems to be at a standstill as I find myself getting lost in his adorable amethyst eyes. His soft breath on my lips made my heart flutter as my cheeks turn crimson. I tilted my head to the side to hide my blush but he gently turns it back to him. His lips inches closer to mine. I nervously closed my eyes awaiting him. He placed my loose strand of hair behind my ear seductively brushing his fingers against my cheeks. I couldn't stand the torture anymore so I opened my eyes glaring at him but all he does is smirk and brush his thumb on my lower lip sending jolts of pleasure down my spine. He moves in slowly but steadily closing his eyes and I do the same as our lips collide in a warm, sweet, and tender kiss. Everything we've been wanting to say to each other was poured into this kiss.

(Present Time)

He slips his tongue inside my mouth slowly savoring every aspect of it. My heart was pounding rapidly from the sweet sensations of the kiss. I didn't want this moment to end. This moment made me realize just how much I've been missing him. A tear slides down the side of my cheek. Yami breaks the kiss and I open my eyes to see him looking at me with worry in those adorable amethyst eyes with a hint of magenta in them.

"What's wrong?" He asked with concern.
"Nothing everything's perfect. I just realized how much I've been missing you that's all," I explained.
He gives me a quick peck on my lips before pulling me against his chest wrapping his arms tightly around me.
"I promise you habibty I'll do everything I can to ensure we never separate again and if for some reason we do separate know that I will find you. You are my other half and nothing can keep us apart for too long. I love you Y/N for all eternity," He promised me.
"I love you too albi. If we do get separated remember to always trust your heart it will guide you and never let you down," I assured him.
"I will my love. Would you like some cake now?" He asked quirking his brow.
"Sure but there's something else I need first," I teased.
"And what would that be?" He asked with his brows scrunched up.
I placed my hands around his neck as his dropped to my waist and pulled him in for a soft tender kiss.

We sat on the bed and cut the cake feeding each other.
"When did you guys get the time to do all this?" I asked.
"I'm not exactly sure when Serah and Leo did the cake or decorations but I made the flower crown while you were having a moment with your d-ad," He explained saying the last part awkwardly.
"Were you spying and eavesdropping Pharaoh?" I smirked.
"I uh.." He stuttered clearing his throat.
"You?" I teased.
"I'm sorry, you were having a private moment with your dad and there I was listening," He said embarrassed.
"I'm only teasing sweetheart. It's fine. I know you and you'd never intentionally do something like that," I told him.

"You aren't upset? I know I'm your best friend, partner in crime, and your soulmate but don't you want to keep moments like those to yourself?" He asked.
"If it were under normal circumstances maybe but with everything that's at stake no I'm okay with you knowing had you not overheard I would have told you. I don't want there to be any misunderstanding between us albi. The only thing I kept from you back in Egypt was my feelings for you but that's only because I didn't understand them myself back then and here I'm only keeping information about our past from you because you need to remember for yourself," I explained.

"You had fe-e-e-lings for me back in Egypt?" He asked amused.
"I did but like I said I didn't understand what they meant. All I knew was that I felt strange whenever you tou-ched me and I'd get annoyed whenever Teana hovered over you," I blushed.
"You were jealous?" He smirked with his sexy velvet voice making my heart flutter and my cheeks flush crimson.
"N-o," I denied looking away from him trying to hide my blush.
"Are you blushing Y/N?" He teased lifting my chin turning me back to him.
"No," I whispered.
"Your cheeks say otherwise sweetheart," He chuckles.
"Do you want more cake or can I put it away?" I asked avoiding his teasing.
"Trying to change the subject I see. I'm good thanks," He stated and I placed the cake in my mini refrigerator dad placed in my room.
