Chapter: 27 Dungeon Dice Monsters Pt 1

(Yami's POV)

"Come on, sleeping beauty it's time to wake up," I said while moving the loose strands of hair away from her face.
"Five more minutes," She pleaded.
"Nope, you said that fifteen minutes ago," I told her.
"But you're so comfortable, I could stay here all day," She said.
"You could if you want..."
"Really?" She asked still laying on my chest snuggled up on me.
"Really, but Yugi will be here soon. What will he say when he sees us like this?" I smirked and she jolted up from the bed adjusting her pajamas while fixing her hair.
"If I knew that would wake you up, I would have said it sooner," I teased while she glared at me.
"No more kisses for you," She said leaving the puzzle before I could protest.

"Did you forget my ring allows me to visit you any time I please?" I whispered in her ear while I wrapped my arms around her waist.
"I need to get ready, albi. Dad and I have a meeting with our employees this morning," She stated.
"You're not going to school?" I asked.
"I was homeschooled by the best professors in both America and Japan. I only went to normal schools to be with my friends but with Ser being constantly attacked by bullies, I asked dad to allow my tutors to tutor them as well. We already have our degrees which is why we do our jobs so professionally. Since this is the final year for Yugi and the others we've decided one more year of high school isn't so bad. So that's why we've joined their school but I'll be starting tomorrow," She explained.

"I see, well you better get ready soon otherwise you'll be late. I'm going back to the puzzle in case Yugi shows up. Enjoy your meeting, I'll see you soon," I told her kissing her cheek before returning to the puzzle.
"See you soon, albi," She whispered walking to her closet.

"Grandpa! Where are you?" Yugi called as he made his way out of the game shop. "Oh, I'm gonna be late for school. I gotta go," Yugi said.
"Oh," Grandpa sighed disappointedly as he swept the walkway outside the shop.
"What's the matter?" Yugi asked.
"Good morning Yugi," Tea greeted.
"How's it going, Tea?" He replied.
"Mr. Mutou, good morning," She greeted grandpa.
"Huh, good for you maybe!" Grandpa snarled.
"What's bugging your grandpa? I've never seen him like this before. Is he sick?" Tea asked.
"I dont think so but I'm worried. He's been acting really weird all morning," Yugi secretly told her.
"But why?" She asked.

"Okay, I'm going to tell you!" Grandpa said popping up behind them and scaring them. "I've endured many things in my life. I've been trapped in an ancient pyramid, stung by scorpions, attacked by Tibetan wolves but nothing compares to this! A new game shop,!" He said pointing at the new game shop.
"There's a new game shop?" Tea asked in surprise.
"They think they can drive me out of business selling their trendy new trash but they have no respect for the gaming traditions. The true classics because they sell only the stacks of today," He said.
"Wow, a new game store! I better go check out the competition and see what we're up against!" Yugi said excitedly.
"Don't even think about it!" Grandpa scold making Yugi squirm while I chuckled.

"Yugi, if your grandfather finds out we've been here, you're gonna be so grounded!" Tea warned.
"Oh, what's the harm in a little window shopping?" Yugi asked.
"Here," A girl said handing Yugi a flyer making him blush.
"What is it?" Yugi asked.
"Dungeon Dice Monsters," She said.
"Wow, this looks like a pretty cool game but I wonder how you play it?" He said still blushing.
"Yugi, come on let's go! You're going to make me miss my first class again!" Tea said pulling his backpack dragging him with her after noticing the blush on his face.

If it were a guy and he made Y/N blush, I would have mind-crushed him on the spot.

"Yugi if I get detention for this, you're going to have to do my homework for a week!" Tea warned as she dragged him to school.
"Woah, be still my beating heart. You sure there's a spanking new game shop?" Joey asked.
"Yeah, my grandpa is really worried about it," Yugi said.
"It just opened. They've got all the latest and greatest games. They were really trying to hype this new one. Something about dice or dungeons," Tea added.
"You saying they've got that Dungeon Dice Monsters?" Joey asked.
"Hey, how did you become a total expert all of a sudden?" Tristan asked.
"A little thing called the newspaper. Ever heard of it genius?" Joey asked.
"What? You never read the newspaper!" Tea told him.
"Eee, I read them when I'm out delivering them okay?" He said.
