Chapter 25

Year: 2040

Months had gone by.

Leon was training hard to become a sword master. Anya had trained him intensely.

"Is that all you got Queeny?" Anya said as she jumped away from Leon's attack.

She held her favorite gun, a revolver she called Renaldo, up near her face. It was enhanced to hold more of those glowing blue bullets that the Hunters liked to use.

"Don't insult her Majesty!" He said playfully. "She is off limits!" Leon ran at her again. "I will win this time!"

He brought his sword down towards her but she easily blocked it with Renaldo. He jumped backwards and got into a ready stance.

"Oh! You think so?" She shot 3 bullets at him and he jumped to avoid two of them and deflected the third one with Immortal Slayer. "You are definitely improving! You must really want to sleep with me!" She ran at him and swung her leg at his head. He dodged easily and punched her side.

She flipped and caught herself before falling to her knees. She held onto her side and winced. Leon was about to attack again but stopped when he saw her in pain.

"Anya!" He went over to her, putting his sword in its sheath. "Are you okay?" She stood up with his help.

"Yeah! I'm just fine!" She said still wincing.

"You were hurt from your last mission! How come you still insisted on training if you were hurt?"

"Because, I want to prove that even though I'm injured, I could still kick your pretty ass." She moved from him and stretched. "Anyway, It doesn't hurt a lot like before. You should have seen it, I was bruised badly. But it's healed now." She lifted her shirt to show him her bruise free side.

"Oh, that's why you wore a shirt to bed all this week. Makes sense." He nodded, glad that she was okay.

She laughed and grabbed him by his shirt, bringing them inches apart.

"Don't worry Leo. I won't be wearing anything to bed tonight." She smiled seductively and kissed him briefly. She laughed again and walked away from him.

He shook his head of all the lustful thoughts he was having. "Hey wait! I didn't knock you down!"

She turned to him before exiting the large gym they used to train in.

"You did." She winked at him. "See you tonight." She left the gym.

Leon sighed. Technically, he wasn't the one to knock her down. She fell from the pain in her side caused by her last mission.

'There is no way I am getting out of this.' Leon put his hand on his head. 'As much as I would like to sleep with her, I can't think of having our first time together while she is under the influence of Dark Magic'.

Leon had learned of Dark Magic from Sharon, otherwise known as prisoner LJA265.

She had a lot of knowledge about Magic she had learned from her teacher. Leon had described the black mass that absorbed into Anya to her and she knew it was Dark Magic.

Dark Magic was forbidden by the highest laws of Magic millennia ago. This Magic could do unspeakable things. It was the Magic that was controlling Anya.

She had described of a way to stop it, but it was very rare.

"Only Pure Magic can stop Dark Magic. But Pure Magic isn't like Dark Magic, it can't just come from nowhere, you must be born with a Pure Heart in order to use it." She had said.
