SPENCER HATED SCHOOL BECAUSE IT DRAINED HER TO THE POINT OF NO RETURN. But she also wouldn't trade it for the world, as it was the only place, besides the Gallagher's home, that she could escape to. An inhabitance that was anywhere else but her own place of so called solitude. Most people always questioned her when she used to proclaim school as her 'favourite shithole to be locked away in', considering her more than poor attendance record and bitter relationships with half the faculty. It didn't make sense. With her grades and overall academic prowess alone, wanting to see the school burn seemed reasonable.
That wasn't to say she contested having 'half days' whenever they came around though. Even a self proclaimed school lover needed a break every once in a while.
"Gotta love these half days," proclaimed Ian to the group of 5 as they made their way to school. Inez, who had decided to meet them mid journey nodded in agreement. She, more so her over protective parents, always preferred her to take a much safer alternative than walking through the harrowing streets of Chicago's sketchiest burrow.
And that was understandable to some degree, they were only looking out for her. Unlike the rest of their so-called loved ones, Inez's parents were over-equipped with the one necessity that every single one of their parental figures lacked.
