THE SWEET SOUNDS OF BOB MARLEY PLAYED SOFTLY in the background from the iPod that June was borrowing from a co-worker for the weekend as her, along with Spencer, Debbie and Anais ( much to her annoyance) diced vegetables in preparation for dinner. When learning that they were barely scraping by after a catch up on the way back from the station, Fiona insisted that the Barlowe's join in on their dinner.

Spencer had been hesitant at first, feeling that there wasn't enough room, but Fiona swiftly shot down her worries by stating that there was always room at their table for her. So now, here she was, poorly trying to cook up a meal with the very minimal kitchen skills she had.

"Boiling pot coming through! Watch it people!" The back door leading into the Gallagher's kitchen swung open with wide force, and Veronica plus Odessa came inside holding each corner of a pot of what looked to be boiled noodles.

Spencer put the music off once the same chorus started to play again. "Did you two seriously run all the way here with hot water when there's a cooker right over there?" her pointer finger landed straight onto the stove as she took of the apron Debbie had made her wear so that she wouldn't make a mess of herself.

"—And with heels on?! That's brave." commented June, referring to the high stilettos her sister was wearing.

"That cooker doesn't do the job properly," V explained, putting the pot down when Odessa let go from her end. "So we went over to Spence's."
